Game isn`t actually addicting but it`s not completely boring either. I found a same game like this but it sucked bad.

Fantastic snakes and ladder game. I had never seen pawns as human feature in such games. Just change the colour of players to be distinctive, also if we could move the players ourselves, it would be much nicer.
