Сложность задачи выбирается самим участником перед началом игры. В игре присутствует удобный таймер для отсчёта прошедшего времени, после игры участник получает информацию о затраченном времени и количестве полученных очков проекта, которые автоматически добавляются в его личный рейтинг.
Для начала игры необходимо войти в личный кабинет участника проекта «Помоги и Выиграй» и потратить требующееся количество баллов проекта (паровозиков), которые будут списаны с личного счёта участника автоматически. Из меню игры возможен переход в страницу рейтинга на сайте.
