About Postal Board Games Online
A selection of board games that can be played offline vs a 10-level computer opponent, against a friend online, or against a random opponent online.
Low app size and high network speed are the primary focus of Postal Board Games.
Online games are played in a turn based style where your opponent can take their move in their own time, there is no move timer. The idea behind the game is to allow people to play without a constant Internet connection or time commitment.
Current board games selection:
- Connect Four
- Checkers
- Chess (with Stockfish engine)
- Reversi
This software was written to give people the chance to challenge loved ones at a distance, under low signal conditions. I hope that this game is as useful to you as it is to me and my family.

8/29/2017 Pros: 4 common games in 1 (Chess, Checkers, Reversi, Connect 4). Play online with friends/strangers or offline against challenging computer levels 1-10! Nice HD graphics. Can replay last move. No timers! Can have concurrent games. Cons: No chat. Doesn't show the actual pieces taken (chess). Replay won't show the piece that was jumped or taken (checkers, chess). During gameplay, it doesn't show who is playing and/or what level (helpful for screenshots/recording games). Sometimes the current board (correct pieces having been moved) doesn't show if you come back to the app after minimizing, so you have to go to the app's home screen then back into the game. Says "App misconfigured" sometimes and reinstalling it didn't help. It also sometimes deletes a current game that has been in progress for days- VERY ANNOYING and DISAPPOINTING! Uses Google sign-in which does not always notify of turns (even while looking at the game board). Having to keep closing and reopening the app is not fun. I still prefer Google sign in over other options, but it would be nice not to have to sign in at all to play online, like with some other apps.
