Earth Defender

Earth Defender is an addicting arcade remake space shooter game inspired by old school Atari arcade legends Space Invaders.

Story:
Commodore Max Striker is the best commander the Earth has ever known. He has been designated to defend humanity from invaders from another galaxy. Striker feels that the alien invasion is just the beginning of their conquest of our world. He resolves to destroy the Ksordas species at the source, so that the threat never rises again. To accomplish that, he needs the best pilot available - you. Commodore Max owns the AF-313, a robust and agile spaceship whose guns he can operate like no other. If you are able to avoid the missiles and collisions with the alien species, Max and his guns should get rid of the Ksordas.
The AF-313 spaceship possesses a useful mechanism that will support Max and you in combat. It has been manufactured specifically for interplanetary warfare, and is equipped with an auto-repair module. While the two of you traverse the galaxy, headed for the Ksordas planet, it will be able to mend the sustained damage.
The closer you get to the invaders' planet, the stronger the Ksordas spaceships are going to get. They communicate with the motherplanet, and after each battle lost improve the armour of the newly produced ships.
Ultimately you will face the Ksordas mothership. Ksordas mothership building its army which prevents herself from fighting.
Your on-board computer will keep track of the number of enemy ships destroyed. The statistics will be sent to the Earth's high command, updating them about the results of the commander's clashes with the enemy
Help the captain eliminate the greatest possible number of enemy waves, and reach the Ksordas source hatchery in one piece.
