Sailboat Championship

As a sailor and sail coach myself, racing 420's and Laser sailboats,this game is amazing! This could potentially be a great learning tool for people who need a better representation of how the points of sail actually work. Fantastic realistic game. I bought this game when I had my Galaxy S2 5 years ago. Now I have my Galaxy S7 and this game is still one of my favourite games to play!

Love this game. I've never been a fan of sail boating. But after playing this I want to go purchase a real one. Only thing is, it needs more levels.. I have beaten the game in less than two weeks with 3 stars on every level. Please make more levels and will rate it 5 stars. Thanks!!!

I recommend that the game allow you to redistribute the boat characteristics at any time you want. You're stuck with whatever you set it to until you gain enough xp for an upgrade. If you set the boat up for manual control, any points assigned to crew skill is a waste. Plus you aren't able to experiment w diff setups. Also, if this had controller support, the gameplay would be much better.

Very enjoyable game but hard to learn for those new to sailing, a more detailed explanation in the training section would be welcome. Looks great but not quite Riptide quality and if you persever through the learning phase it turns into an addictive and great racer.

This game is fantastic. It works perfectly on my Nexus 4. I bought it because I'm about to start taking sailing lessons, and this has made me very excited. At first I thought there weren't many courses, but after reaching the end of the first set, a new set unlocked! I wish the description told you how many there are in total. I'd also love a couple of untimed free-sailing courses (maybe a small lake you can just zip around in).

This is by far one of the best sailing simulators available for Android right now, and well worth the purchase price. It's not quite the most realistic one, but I've tried them all, and this one is my favorite so far. Graphically, it's among the best looking games in its class, and it has the gameplay to match that. The only better options are all only for the PC right now, so this game will dominate its class here at least until more sailing sims arrive.

I would rate 3 stars if programming and design wasnt so good. This game is absolutely a masterpiece, but really really hard. There should be more levels, less difficulty, but its the contrary. I'm sure sailors will find it hard too

I totally thought I'd be going for a refund when I bought this one. Excellent attention to detail. Just got it, bit hopefully there will be other boat types and/or failures in some levels.

Love this game but it does weird things to my phone. Had full battery. Played this game for 1-2mins. Phone shuts down. Restart phone and battery is now critically low. Since then the battery level has slowly gone up again during the day by itself. Galaxy S2.

The compass is tiny and grey making it at times very hard to see where you should be aiming. Because of the above camera angle obstacles often obscure the compass causing confusion. Other than that, awesome game, will play to the end.

I keep coming back to this game when I have a few minutes to spare for a relaxing challenge. It's one of the few mellow games that can grab all of my attention. Great graphics. Controls are fairly intuitive and just difficult enough to be fun. Keep your eye on the winds and the checkpoint arrow!

It would be 5 stars if it had a way to play online, and a way to increase difficulty. It would also be REALLY sweet if they added CATAMARANS as one of the boats to chose from!

This game is very, very well done! Even the UI for the game menus is well executed. The developers took the time to get even the little details right.

My new favorite game. Please make a similar game where you can battle other sailing ships from the Man of War days. That would be a blast. Especially if it was multiplayer.

I can't say I have played many sailing games, but it is hard to imagine one any better than this. Great for any level of player, and beautifully presented.

Without a doubt the graphics are some of the best I've ever seen on the android platform. The game is challenging and undeniably addictive. All we need now is online multiplayer, which would be mind blowing.

Thanks to this game, I now have a greater appreciation of sailors in general. The game runs really smoothly and, apart from that one random crash, is incredibly stable. Well worth the cost.

wow, congrats to the devs, this game is amazing... best game I played on Android so far and one of the best racing games ever played. Please add a multiplayer, that would be incredible. I would even help you out with the code :-)

It's a good game but I can't get passed level 2 because I didn't get silver or gold. Why can't bronze be good enough?

Unreal graphics, life like water effects and great gameplay especially for the inner sailor. Works well on all my Nexus devices (Galaxy Nexus/Nexus 4/7/10)

What a great job! I don't usually post reviews but this one is worth it. Can get quite frustrating sometimes, but is really well executed. And plenty of races! Congratulations!

Free sail/exploration mode would be brilliant, as the boats controls and handling are good enough that just floating around without an objective is a pleasure.

Dropped it after 5 mins as thought it was way too hard. I tried again and its well worth the perseverance as it's rewarding and very good looking. The dark levels could be better as its often hard to see compass direction.

Great visuals & sounds - nice feel to how your sailboat reacts to sail and rudder trim and wind angles. Option to explore the coastline of a tropical island and search out interesting features would be fun. All in all, very nice way to spend some time if you enjoy sailing!

This is amazing. Sailing enthusiasts rejoice. It's challenging, fun, and visually stunning. Looks gorgeous on my Nexus 10.It's the closest you're going to get to the real thing.

Great presentation, tutorial, graphics and sound. I'll be ready when I hit the local peninsula and rent a real sailboat. Can be further enhanced by adding sealife to the water.

Ive had an android phone for three years and this is the best game ive ever played on a phone. Beautiful graphics and enticing play. Just be warned that it will burn your battery quickly, which is to be expected for such great graphics.

Great graphics, only thing I could think of would be a mode whereby you have to do penaltys for hitting a bouy and also some sort of port and starboard rules.. great game though

Single best game I have ever purchased! Great graphics, fantastic game play. Plenty of content. And the difficulty scales ideally for the broadest user enjoyment.

Good game on ios but controls on my note 2 are terrible. You cannot turn properly. So it is very very frustrating when the steering wheel does NOT turn every time!

Especially when the wind noise picks up with your speed. But as a sailor I would love to just be able to sail around and explore. Why only race? The spirit of sailing is far away from the congested haste of the race. Please provide adventure scenarios as well.

A different kind of game than what it usually on the market. Almost a puzzle game trying to figure out the best sail position. One problem, however; when trying to use both the steering and sail controls at once (two fingers), the sail control (horizontal mode) becomes extremely erratic. Otherwise, a great game.

Beautiful and smooth, and reasonably challenging. It would benefit from some more levels in different locations - keeping my fingers crossed for an update!

Game is well made. Wonderful graphics. Addictive gameplay...more boat options would be nice, perhaps different sizes and styles... catamaran, or multiple sailed boats would be cool.
