I'm loving it!Grew up playing the game,this is perfect for aficionados but not for beginners at all.Great job guys!

I love pente and go so it made my day when I found this. I was scared the A.I would be too easy to beat but I'm not gonna lie I've only beaten it on the hardest difficulty a handful of times. The controls are simple although I dislike the undo button BC I get the urge to cheat lol.

Grid is too small so one's thumb touches a large area and thus can't control were pieces are placed.

Does not put stone where you drop it.

It is too difficult to place a stone on the board. Board is very, very sensitive.

When I want to put a piece on a specific location the orange bars skip 2 or three rows and columns.

F/C frequently, didn't show mine & gave comp 2 moves, needs color choice for beads/board & toggle zoom view. Please fix.

Thanks dev, I was frequent player 20yrs ago, today this app is kicking my... I'm lovin' it!

Make phone calls while I'm playing to who knows where? Why? The other permissions I could live with, but not this one. It makes me very frustrated because this is the only strict pente game I could find. Go is fine and dandy, but pente will always hold a very special place in my heart and memory as it is the first real challenging strategy game I learned as a child. Very disappointed and sad. Change the permissions and I'll gladly download. There is no need for such a malicious permissions on this game.

There is a similar game on Play called nee-go. Looks to use the same rules but the board is smaller and uses colored wooden blocks. It is multiplayer share the screen only.

Nice when you are playing but clumsy to set up game and set preferences. Should use the menu button for example.

The interface takes some getting used to but overall it's well designed. I really appreciate the zooming feature. However, the game is atrociously unfit for new players. The 'easiest' level is much too difficult and takes advantage of the first few moves to force the player's decisions until victory. There's no way an unnexperienced player can have fun / learn anything with this app. A tutorial would be nice.

The good: The app works, doesn't crash has no ads, and has a strong AI which is quite fun to play against. What could improve: A redo button next to the undo button would be cool. Finer control of difficultly would be nice as well though this is quite a minor issue. The way the board zooms is configurable but none of the options are very much to my liking. I much prefer how the pente for ios app does its zooming for accuracy. After closing the app to do something else on my phone, my game is lost when I reopen it. Considering the price and the fact that my issues are all relatively minor, I certainly recommend this app.

The sensitivity of the board is a non-issue. Just keep your finger on the board for a magnified preview of your move. Very good app.

Why cant you choose your color? Why is there no feedback button? Why is level 1 hard?

only version of pente that i could find on the market.. permissions scared me off though. An app like this has no reason to know my location or make phone calls without my knowing. *uninstall*

I'm a smart beginner, and it took about 10 games before my first win. EASY.level should be easy. Overall its very good.

Bad development, ai is too easy and it constantly freezes out. The only star it gets is because its the only pente app...

Permissions say it can make expensive calls without your permission!! Uninstalled.
