Having a hard time getting gems m8

So sad froggy jump won't work on my tablet! :'(

Need gems to buy things takes to long to build the gems up just for one thing!! Tried my chances at doing the surveys done 2 or 3 and got no gems. Starting to get bored of this game now and had it less than 3 days!!

Gems are very rare in this game, so you have to take survayes to earn gems, however, this game puts adds in the survayes, asking different questions and requiring more personal information. I knew it was the adds because the U.R.L changes. I took 3 survayes and the same two adds kept appearing, so I knew it was the game, not the websites. And, the prizes were ridiculous, stuff like you won a 100 dollar McDonald's gift card for completing a 3 minute survey. Is it just me or is this getting creepy?

If you hit the frog a lot of times he will say "OW BALLS" funny but gross

Wish when it fails to jump to the next slab it could fall down to a previous/downward slab rather than falling down.

But fix the " free gems"deal. I completed 15 surveys and did not get one free gem!

total boring game...I have just downloaded this game and just uninstall...and Delete this game...varry boring

Why is there no bonus for daily play? Daily words have been missing for several days now! Makes earning gems harder.

As for all you giving one star :-P. GEMS come often coins give gems words give gems ECT.

Its fun but need to do backup option and make it easier to get gems and unlock modes this would be better for now

I used to love this game, it was my go to when I had a moment to burn. I had earned almost every thing you could earn. That was iphone. Now I'm on Android with a Samsung Note 3 & this game is lost to me ; ( *same issues with the sequel...

Super upset! I had this game forever ago and loved it but now once I start playing, the frog and platforms disappear but it keeps going so I can't even play it :( please fix!!!

Loved this game years back. A few jumps up and all logs disappear, frog falls and level done. Please fix this would be perfect then.

It disappears so u can't see anything. I like this one way better than the second one. Please fix. PLEASE!!!

Galaxy s6- platforms dissappear after 5 seconds into it I would really like this fixed please.

Just moved from iPhone to android and this is my most played game... Very happy I could still get it however as many others have commented it is broken... has been since at least March (couldn't be bothered looking back farther). PLEASE FIX! You can't play the game blind and all you have is the background and sounds from your frog jumping.

I just got my new phone note 5 I had an iphone before. I was so happy that was gonna start from the begging and then while I'm playing the frog disappeared the game goes blank!!! Please fix it I really like this game!!!!

Its a good game but don't work on tablets and no multiplayer and you can't sign into Google play games.

It doesn't work. After a few jump's the screen goes blank and all you can see is just the back ground but that's all. I would not have even given one star but I had to so that way I could leave some feedback. If you fix it I will leave you five star's. So please fix PLEASE! !!!!

Every time I try the mystery box, I only get two gems and that's it and I've done the box many times already...

Good game but, I have to tap a little above an icon to get to where I want to go.

The game disappears just as you start playing. The sound is still there and the clouds just no frog or logs. Really enjoyed playing otherwise.

I loved this game but now all I see is clouds.:-( and I down loaded it a few difrent times but no luck.....

I used to love this game. Now I can't play it anymore...
