Silent Gear for Android
There are so many grammar and spelling mistakes that it's almost unbearable. I think the storyline is decent, but there are some dull, predictable, and cliche moments mixed with bad English that just kill the mood sometimes. Sometimes it doesn't really feel like a "choice game" either. More like guessing the choice that won't get you killed. Lastly, there needs to be a way simply restart at a previous checkpoint instead on having to die or completely start over.
Kind of enjoyed it, but its unfinished. And yea spelling and grammar kinda kills the immersion. Leaves with you with that " it was all a dream" feeling which is frustrating.
That is really the only problem with this game is that the boss fights are left up to RNG(random number generator). That and the fact that they lose defenses at 10% per failure, you lose it at 25% per failure. That is a FAILURE OF GAME DESIGN. I get it, it's supposed to be a boss, but they're traditionally either predictable, or have an exploitable weakness. Beyond that, good game.
The story is good, I also like how there information about the missions, my complain is how random and complicated the 'battle boss' is, but still good job nonetheless. I will always remember this game since Silent Gear one of my first HG I'm ever played.
Went in not expecting much but it was actually kinda moving. There's consequences for your decisions, with a small twist at the end. Plus you get to play through all chapters for free. Loved it!
Man, i wanted to romance Selene, but AFTER Catherine. I thought that you could romance her too, given the choices and all. But nah. The game forces you to like Selene. I mean, i do like her, but Cat is simply better. Why shouldn't i be able to romance HER? That's really disappointing. I had wanted to play it twice to get both romances but now it just doesn't look appealing man. A real shame.
Little Choice. It's important in these games to have choice, but most of the talking was done for you and it felt like the decisions didn't really matter. Grammar was also bad in places.
A few spelling and grammatical errors here and there, narrow story choices. I mean guys, you are just giving us an illusion of freedom because you already made the choices. Plus the ending is too short, or in Filipino, bitin kaayo ang ending. The story is good though, the concept is like Seen and Mobile Armored Marine, but guys, you need to change the ending. Either let us continue with the renewed life or just change it entirely.
I love text based adventures that include a way to romance characters. But the whole time the story was written to have me love Selene when i wanted Catherine. The description says i could choose my love and it didn't let me. Really let me down. Didn't like the ending either. Sound effects were awesome, though.
The grammar was HORRIBLE. Well, it wasn't horrible but they were consistent and annoying. Spelling errors, some sentences were in past tense when they shouldnt have been. just all around bad grammar. Get an editor! Story was decent but it forces you to romance one person who wasn't even a decently written character. Just don't. The choices you choose dont even matter

Your only real choices are "do the game exactly as I made it or...die and restart". I REALLY wanted this game to be awesome. Started great. But 1. I don't care about selene but you try to force me to making my character "love" her secretly. 2. The combat can be a tad bit annoying lol.
Four stars for that. Unfortunately I have to join with those not seeing replayability, and with those disappointed with the English usage. Battle sequences seem to involve more luck than logic. For all that it was reasonably entertaining and sometimes exciting. Perhaps I'll play again not trusting the spy. Edit: Aaaand it made no difference. Ok, bye!
This is simply the best choice game i've played so far. Its packed with adventure, emotions, drama, tactics, gear customization and the story... it takes you into another world. It get more intense with every side you read. Sadly, it was a lil short but still, a masterpiece. Would give 10/5 if it was possible <3 thanks to the dev', this is imo your masterpiece. Never had a game take me so far from reality and yet let me experience such an awsome story. Thank you Hosted Games. Ps: bossfights arent rndm

I really just wanted to read a story and make a few choices. This because a story where I had to try super hard to advance, guess what route the writer wanted me to take, and get lucky to get through the bosses. I mean a super hard boss in a book? I didn't like that. Liked the idea of the story but it let me down after I got past the introduction. I did finish the story though.
I admit, the game has some flaws - there's too much reliance on randomly generated numbers and there are issues with grammar. The biggest problem most players of this game seem to have is that this choice game is too linear. What upsets me more is that the story ends just as it was getting interesting. *spoiler alert* The hero manages to travel back in time. Do you know what potential that has in terms of plot? I feel this game ends too soon. All the same, it has a fun plot, so I advise playing.
The boss fight is almost impossible to do. I will get him to 10 with me at like 60 and I don't hit him once and he takes me down completely. And when I had his chaff down and he had my shield down I used missiles and when I was sent to defense I wasn't able to use my shield but one I went into the results it said that he used chaff. Really. Will fix once that is fixed but otherwise I am done playing.
I loved all of the dramatic twists and the romance that is played out in the story. Its beautiful how the author makes it all out. You gotta give some credit to the guy, but there are numerous typos in the story. Besides that Please make a sequel!!!!
My only issue is that there is two or three parts through out episode one that you choose your weapon. Then you have two boss battles. Which are both cool but, got me thinking of Warden of Eternal from Halo 5.
It has a great story, and I wished you guys could make a sequel of this story rather than making a cliffhanger. I dont really mind the grammar, vocab, and spelling errors as long as I am able to understand what is he trying to say but I recommend to fix these problems to make sure other people can enjoy this app. Some peoplr out there might be sensitive to these kind of stuff so I suggest you fixing these minor errors. But still I enjoy reading or playing this app!! Would love to see a sequel if possible!
Absolutely disappointing. The story itself has a huge, very huge chance of making this story a success, but the author did a terrible job. Boss fights are based only in pure luck, the choices you make won't affect much, and the ending is absolutely terrible. Regardless of what you choose it's always the same. You might as well romance the other character so that it's easier for you to killer her or see her die. Sure, you returned back to time, but that is so vague! Terrible. The plot was good, and I actually found it to be one of the best... sigh... I guess that's the only good thing i found great in this game.
I sat here for 30 minutes trying to beat the boss, I used every hint you gave me and it only lead to defeat. I ignored the hints, still lost. I did things completely random and it still blocked everything I did. Uninstalled.
The choices to me seemed way too biased towards the author and I felt as if the choices limits creativity and the deaths seemed way to fast. If you like a challenge I recommend it, otherwise, stay away.

The translation was poor, the story is little affected by the players choices and it uses just about every Hollywood action movie cliche possible. At one point a character literally says, "You know nothing (insert name)"
I hated how the game focused you on a certain path, the game could be expanded and I don't mean remove some of the death choices but make it to were the player has more free so its not like"•Shoot at the patrol(death) or •Throw grenade(live) " bit of advice would be to make it to where if the player engages them with a gum then it goes into a firefight. I would include it to were say the player shoots at a certain soldier then the others would react
While I love how this interactive novel tries to be more interactive through the use of mini-games, I hate how it's entirely luck-based, with the first boss battle requiring me to retry it 4 times. My choices seem to have little, if any, effect on the story, which in itself is poorly written with many grammatical mistakes. Content wise, the story borders on being ridiculous and unbelievable, as it tries to paint a Metal Gear-style crisis, but fails to do so. I could definitely write better than this trash.
I couldn't do it. Got maybe 4 or 5 pages in. It seems like a great idea, but really poor execution. Was most definitely not written well. Poor grammar and spelling issues all over. I had to tap out. Fix the grammar/spelling issues and I'll check it out again.
Liked story but boss battles one big pain and did not matter which choice you make if it does not kill you will kill your whole team and no multiple endings only one. If sequel made will need complete redesign.
Makes me wonder if the author's native language is English or not. I really like the story and play style, but grammer and vocabulary needs considerable work. As long as you can understand a little of what he is saying you will have fun with this book. (Example he uses the term EMP Specializing Squad when it should be EMP specialist Squad.) Those are the type of vocab mistakes he makes. Other than that just ignore the common typos like putting periods in the wrong places. You can tell he doesn't mean too.
The story is bland and predictable and the computer will beat you every time in an airship battle. I was about to beat the computer after he managed to "predict" my every move before, I was at 40% Hull and he was at 10%. I fired hit him he took no damage, he fired hit me but instead of going down 10% it was an instant kill. Do not download.
Personally love book games like these grammar is bad but that's whatever I'd like another one to be made and also is it even possible to do the stealth path at the very beginning? I don't see any way to do so

This is one of the best stories I've read. I loved the unexpected love turn only to be betrayed by that love. Then to have to decide to join, injure, or kill that love only to find another love confession letter and be sent back in time to wake up from a comma with the cube. I've never read anything like it. One thing I don't understand is in the beginning I beat Todd but when I went back in time it said I lost against Todd but I woke up with the cube so Im a little confused.
You know, not all Muslims are terrorists right? FYI Most of the terrorists in the world are non-Muslims. And our religion does not promote violence and hence does not support the minority of Muslims who are extremists. I don't know why you guys are so prejudiced about us. I mean haven't you ever met a nice Muslim guy? Or maybe you haven't ever been mugged by a non-Muslim thug? Seriously, the game is amazing but why are all terrorists always portrayed as Muslims. Please reply. Thanks
It was a painful read, to say the least. It was very badly written.with grammar mistakes throughout. It attempts to force a romance on you, though since it's written so badly, it doesn't really work. The characters as a whole are rather bland. Lastly, the ads are distracting and regularly get in the way, as well as forcing the page to scroll up. When you finish the game, you have to pay to restart it.
This is a very nice change of pace from the other games i play. Whatever mistakes there are they are very small. It really surprises you with the plot changes you. If you are a halo fan you will love this. I give this app great praise because it is just that good.
I really might have enjoyed this game, but to me it feels like they spent more time on the minigames and less on the story and characters. Some of the choices have the ability to be great but then you always wind up doing the same ending which in my oppinion just killed all the point of making choices at all.
