Mobile Armored Marine

I noticed that some people are comparing it to mass effect, fallout, or even warhammer, and I have to say to those people, stop. Look, it is true this game has qualities that are similar to other games, but it cannot be called a knock off. This game is great and unique in it's own way. The fact you can only compare it to another game sickens me. This game is incredible, fun, and intriguing. I gauruntee you no other game will give you this experience, so why not enjoy it, huh?

The story was very good and the choices are awesome. There's actually tactics and you have to access the situations correctly without making the wrong choice. But only 4 stars bc it's so short. I would love another story like this. But as one review said, I made all good choices and ended up in darkness. Was a little bummed about it..

Pretty cool text based adventure. I found the game unfortunately short and I felt things tied up almost too neatly at the end. I wouldn't have expected such a good ending for my first playthrough where I chose what I thought were simple choices.

Great game, if slightly short. Really enjoyed trying to keep my troops alive while keeping track of how much armour I had left. Highly recommended!

Very well written choose your own adventure story. Loved the style for one of my favourite genres. Can't wait for the next mobile armoured marine! Keep up the good work.

I liked the story but I wish it was longer because I'd like to have many journeys as weird,silly and annoying as this one

Its a very short story so if you are expecting much from it then you will be dissapointed

Wasn't sure what to expect. I am completely surprised and delighted by what I found. Pro's...1 Very small d/l!!! 2 Very well written with multiple choices that will effect you now, later, or both in the game. 3 The decisions are not so cut and dry. 4 Not ad heavy. Cons.... 1 Quick to complete but can be replayed. 2 Hinges on development to continue. Imho I'll be paying a dollar per installment.

Fairly short. I did not care about the characters. Devoted energy to a time travel tether that basically acted as a mildly punitive save point system. Which would have been maybe useful in a really long game but just useless here. All of that said, I enjoyed playing.

This isn't bad but, it just lacks so much potential. One of the romances the story is far too rushed to be even somewhat believable. This game also gets painfully linear and punishes you horribly when you make even the slightest of wrong choices. I've tried several playthroughs yet no matter all the different choices, you're still rail-roaded down most of the same paths. Also, this game is pretty short so if you want something rich with lore and an expansive backstory, there really isn't a lot.

I enjoyed playing the part of a super soldier (I always do) and commanding a group of shock troopers. This was clearly inspired by Halo: Fall of Reach in the beginning before the mission. I do have three negative things to say. One of them it the romance, which felt more rushed than a Disney prince and princess, and could have been better made. Second is the light and dark meter, it's pointless and very distracting. And the third are the aliens, they just felt like ordinary lizard people.

I loved this game best out of its type but it just ends! That was a great foundation to what could have been an amazing story and it just ended

I couldn't even get past the first part deciding beginning stats, it was poorly written and the options were bad. The only semi morally good choices did very negative and ridiculous things. I am in the military and know that it takes guts to speak up about a malfunctioning fire arm, and you'll get canned if you throw a punch at a superior--so this is very unrealistic at is base, too far.

Not a knock-off like others have said; it's not like Halo or 40K were the first media to ever revolve around people wearing powered suits of armour... The light and dark stat fluctuates too much, making it so you can redeem your massacre of unarmed enemies with a single act of decency, but it seems like there's enough variables in the ending to make it worth reading again and try for a better outcome. Give it a shot!

It will be cool if the second game returns and the reptile race attacks earth with a bigger fleet then the third game then reptile race has taking over earth and then you fight back after they completely took over earth that would be awsome.

Almost felt like an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie at some points, but I enjoyed it!

Gave it a 5 star just for the references to multiple things, kinda feel like it's a tad bit of a rip off but I've always wanted my own version of "Rico's Roughnecks".

Well thought out choose your adventure type game. I really liked the choose your own adventure books as a kid and so far this has reminded me a lot of that

But too short for me to enjoy it.Maybe 4 more mission or so,then maybe i'll rate it 5 star.

Fun game, good storyline, well put together. I would like it if it were a bit longer

I like the setup of the game in the story and the story itself but it seems that the power armor is a bit too powerful.

Cool but short. Not bad!

This is like a knock-off of Mass Effect and Fallout mashed into one. I mean Power Amour, Brotherhood, Paladians? It sounds a hell of a lot like the Brotherhood of Steel to me... It was very short and not sure how I ended up with 93% darkness when I made all positive choices but anyways... I suppose I'll have to see if it gets any better in the next installment.

I really enjoyed it. The different paths you can take. I realise that new chapters will appear so I won't go on about the length of the game. However I would like it if you were just an ordinary soldier, minimal armour and so on. Not only would it make it harder but more rewarding when you complete it as at the moment you are "like a god of war" and indestructible.

I loved it because of the warhammer 40k feel... Like the drop pods, the aliens(i think gene stealers) and like the beginning with the training. As well as the armor types. (terminator=heavy normal armor=normal space marine and light means scout). There is also the bolter that gets jammed in the beginning.

Really short, but interesting. Also, cannot find who this "Eleanor" woman is that it mentions at the end stats. XD (may just be me focusing on the mission and OMEGA armor limitations)
