I enjoyed it a lot. Lots of little typos but it didnt distract too much from the overall experience, also a few coding errors made some funny dialog bits where choices overlap like going to Cosamere with the team and with Larry and with Samare (or however their name is pronounced, the waiter/waitress you meet after saving the girl) Also having a bit of trouble with the last puzzle in that theres no way to repeat the sequence Larry sees in their vision, doubley so since there is no flat, instead marked as a# b# etcetera, which is "a sharp", "b sharp" and so on. Unless my musical knowledge is off or im not getting the puzzle here.

One thing I forgot to mention in my previous review. Sergeant Balogh would not look to a Private or Corporal for orders or a plan in combat since a Sergeant outranks a Private or Corporal. He may look to them for advice in aiding him of coming up with a plan, but not what I mentioned already. If you want him to look to a player's character for orders then the player's character should be promoted to Staff Sergeant or higher so that the character outranks Balogh.

I love the storyline. I'm really sad about no sequel, but I completely understand. It honestly reminds me of Red vs. Blue in the sense that it was a perfect ending, even if it still leaves you wanting to continue. To anyone considering buying the full story, I just want to say this:there is a lot of replayability in this CYOA book. A lot of the choices have slight changes. Choosing to be able to use magic does put this game on easy mode though. If you actually want to have to use your stats and things, do not pick magic. The game pretty much forces you to use it since the stat checks will be too high for someone with magic. So if you are wondering how to make the game more challenging or fun, don't pick magic. Other than that it is a fun and entertaining book too and is longer than some of the other ones. GET IT!!!!!

After the end I felt as if I had a huge middle finger thrown at me. It's still 5 stars because well it's an amazing story!

The game starts out well in a interesting setting and a open plot that well keep you reading. Though as the book/game progressed flaws start to appear in a consistent manner. Such as a lack of actual choice, in the weeks that your on leave for instance. You have no opportunity to choose what you do and anything that happens feels forced as a result. There too is a flaw in the fact that there is a list of things you have to do in order to actually finish the game. If you don't complete these objectives the game jumps to a game over screen. Also there's a slight over use of the word snigger, that's all I'll say about that. But over all not a bad game worth a read if you have the extra cash lying around.

Magitek: Final Fantasy Lemuria: Golden Sun. Will post more "references" Edgar: Probably FFVI King Edgar seeing as theyre both machinists. Anyway, had lots of potential specially with the stat and battle systems but the story, ending and writing fell short. Well, at least the characters weren't bland.

Did not like it. Always got where it said you did not complete enough objectives and so ended my game. Storyline was boring and choices did not seem to change any real outcome. You have to choose what they want you to choose.

Gripping story that I want more of. Sad to see the author give up on this project.

If there is one thing I would consider bad is how frustrating the choices can be, and how much I related to the MC's entire story as though it were me, which is great but it makes the bad endings sting more.

I realy enjoyed it and I would love to see you make more games just like this thanks for an amazing game but could you help us with the puzzles

N70%

The choices felt unmeaningful with stats of the character and felt like you can win by pressing the first with no real consequences or confidence with stats hit chance as more luck stat with dice

Horrible writing, and the writer gave up on the ending. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, most of it is less Choice and more Which Ongoing Character Background Info Do I Want To Read In What Order. On a time received for money spent, this is a great deal. I just didn't enjoy most of it and could not being myself to even finish.

Overall, it seems like a great game that I'd love to play. However, poor writing makes it rather unpleasant to read through. When a game is entirely text based a few errors are expected. However, this game is so full that I found myself focusing more on them than the gameplay.

But the plot is so boring. Nothing to hold onto. Whenever there's a mystery you're told "it's classified" no hints no nothing. And honestly I couldn't keep reading after: "Jax enters the room and glances at the two of you talking before he walks over and extends his hand to Larry. "Hi, I'm Jax. You're the new troop, right?" he says to him and Larry grins as he takes his hand and shakes it. "I'm Larry by the way. You're?" "I'm Jax," he replies and takes his hand, shaking it firmly." Just... terrible.

I'm normally not one to complain about paying for games. These writers put a lot of work into their games, so paying for them is only fair. However, when you get to the end and it's a cliffhanger that the author clearly states they have no plan on finishing, that's just like a giant middle finger to the reader. If you don't want to finish your game, then fine. But don't make me pay for an unfinished product.

I love ChoiceScript games so I wanted to enjoy this one. I really did. I can look past a few errors here and there, that's no big deal, but when you can't get through a minute's worth of reading without being bombarded by them, that's an issue. I don't even have an interest in finishing the game. Grammar, spelling errors, redundancies in phrasing, and absolutely missing words aside, I saw all of the following, verbatim, used to refer to what time it was: 7.26 a.m. ten am 4:30 AM 14:23 three in the afternoon

I've been a fan of these kinds of games for some time now, and I've got to say i loved this one! The English could definitely use some work but I can look past those kinds of things, and overall I loved the book. Good job! Work on your English usage and you will be good.

It's a god game and I really enjoy playing it but the only problem I have is that it I have to pay after the 3 chapters. I really wanna continue but I can't now. If all the content would to be free then I would play again but I honestly won't. And to all the people that get at them for poor writing. Not everyone is perfect so just deal with it.

But this sure is a hard game of choice. All the choices i made is wrong damn, but oh well it means i have to play it again and again. But if you give me a little hint that would be awesome (^O^)/.

This could be one of the best games you play as long as you do everything right. This story is over a million words, so needless to say it takes a long time to complete. The part that made me pull my hair out was at the very last decision scene in the game, I died. The save points don't matter then, and I had to restart the whole million plus words all over again. Even after redoing it and winning the ending I got was not very fulfilling, and I craved a better ending, but dreading doing it all over again.

I've been reading/playing through to the second terrorist attack and have to say to the people who don't like the characters: try to make choices that let you learn more about the other characters. SPOILER ALERT: Mr./ Ms. Lee is not a complete duce in the rivalry arc. So if you pay attention, you might like it more. Only problem is minor grammar issues and a few bizarre (and slightly humorous) miscues.

The story has a lot of potential I will give you that , but what I hated , other than how some stuff that needed explaining wasn't given any - and the errors and bugs of course - that it was too long . The idea didn't need to be stretched out like that , I swear if you remove half of the novel it would still be better than to read through boring and meaningless events and dialogs . That said , it's not that bad for a first try , hope the future projects would be a lot better .

You have to pay money for this game just so that it can end with a stupid cliffhanger. There is no actual ending in this story.

Unlike many "Choice of Games" games this one does not seem to really take you actions into account. If feels more like an after thought than other games of theirs.
