The plot was great and well written. However, I felt like the story was too short.

Hey axiom will the story continue? And when will zombie Exodus safe haven part two come out not rushing you man just asking just take you're time.

Too short to be a paid game

The game is very well written and it's broad range of choices are great if you're looking for a slightly more open choice game. It's not The Citie's Thirst, where you can miss out on an entirely different plot, but no choice feels wasted and I was always left curious as to what I had missed. It's incredibly charming though the mystery isn't quite so mysterious if you know your fantasy tropes. Also the romance subplots are handled better than in most choice games, though they are cheesey in an enjoyable way. All in all I say it's definitely worth the buy.

I feel that this interactive story has a lot of potential to be fleshed out into a terrific story. I immensely enjoyed the characters, particularly Daisy and Leah, although the former is still my favourite. However, I was a tad disappointed with the short length of the story as it could have be spun into a darker mystery and romantic category which would have been much more interesting. The revelation of the murderer was a little anticlimactic. It would have been more shocking if it was one that hit more close to home or had a greater psychological impact. In whole, the game was delightful even with it flaws and I look forward to it's sequel where hopefully more exciting adventures according to whichever endings the player chooses is presented. Ps. Personal opinion: Love ending 6 the most.

Excellently written, very engaging, extremely inclusive game. The ability to play different fantasy races, every gender and orientation, makes for an inclusive game that is worth playing through several times. A few typos and lack of romantic half-orc options are the only (very minor) cons.

I really liked this game. The story was good, the characters were all worth finding out more about, and I had fun figuring out the mystery. It's one of the shorter games (it took me a leisurely two hours) but the length suited it. It really felt like my choices mattered, and I'm definitely looking forward to more playthroughs to focus on other strengths and characters.

First couple of chapters are decent, but the last few really aren't brilliant. Story is set up as a mystery but once the 'mystery' is solved it just all becomes a bit silly. It's not terrible, but after a promising set up I was disappointed.

I am happy that I'm in the 1st 300 persons to download this awesome game. And I'm a bit sad that the whole game needs to be paid. I wish that in the future, Hosted games will still continue making these types of games. But please, make it the whole game FREE!!!

Low replay value, the dialogue rarely changes. Clues are easy to find. Comes to an abrupt end. If you're into that, there's two love interests, one of the same sex and another of the opposite. Basically, it's okay for the price.

Very enjoyable story that really had a lot or great characters and always felt like the choices and relationships mattered. Would really love if this became a series in of itself as the ending may suggest. This author has my guaranteed day one purchase if so.

The story was pretty well written. Quite the twist half way through the story. Only thing that bothered me was the very short length. Finished in about 2 to 3 hours. Aside from that, great addition to the COG catalog.

Loved it! The first time I played it, I was up until 6am because I was addicted. Great story and loved the different options. I'm surprised it doesn't have more downloads

I just got back into these lines of stories, and I really liked it. The characters were interesting, and made you want to learn more about them, the length of it was good, leaving me curious to he there will be an another, and the mystery was fun to solve. I hope more people decide to play it.

A real unexpected diamond. It can be a little short compared to some of the other games in this genre, but a good starter story for a hopeful sequel or more. Enough fantasy elements to provide a good backdrop but it won't cause fantasy newbies to shy away. Overall a good showing and hopefully more to come.

This clever interactive game is very entertaining and gives many options in regards to how the story unfolds. It is something I will enjoy dipping into. The lack of gimmicry is appreciated and refreshing.

I bought it and it was a good story! I don't think there will be a second book to this, but it'll be great if their was.

A well written fantasy story that allows you to play as different races besides human, although I think it would be nicer if the race selection is broader and included the option to play as an Orc or a Lizardfolk. It is not our typical detective story as it seems to be in the beginning, which is a little let down. Nevertheless, it is an enjoyable story about romance, and coming of age(depending on the choice you make near the end), and is definitely worth paying $5 and a few cents for a good read.

Loved it! Haven't stopped reading since first opening the app. It would be nice if there was some sort of option for reading in the dark though ;)

I was waiting for the new cog, and I must say I feel satisfied. The plot is good, the choices are interesting, there's romance but its not forced id you dont want. What to say? It's totally worth the money.

Brilliant, and incredibly enjoyable. It's always great to have diverse and inclusive options for creating the main character, and it was handled very well in game. Combat, dialogue and exploration were all engaging, and the romance subplots were not (too) cheesy. It would be great just to see a bigger and longer version of this game.

I loved it! The story and everything! 5 stars! 10 stars! I need to find myself a girl like Leah. She's my favorite character out of all of the Hosted Games stories I've played.

The whole game was amazing to be honest....Just the ending made it felt like all the events that had happened were leading up to a next game 10/10

Clever mystery, good writing, lovable characters, exciting action scenes, and basically all around incredible! Very glad I bought it, and already crave a sequel.

First book I've read again and again, and each time it's as enthralling as the first time I read it! One of the best out there. I highly recommend trying it.

Wow. Really worth the purchase I say! Loved the characters, how you can go about your investigation and how the plot just adds up! So, I just have one question... when's the sequel? Seriously that is such a dang tease...

Amazing and worth it. The story really keeps you on hook and every decision is made truly gives an impact. If there's a sequel and I sure hope there is in the future, I'll definitely buy it without a second thought.

If.. you are reading this I want you to know that I absolutely adored the characters and the story and the mystery but I really hope you make a sequel going by the end of the first story it would really make us fans happy thank you for your time.

Its a good game true may seem a little short but what i really want to know is there a second book is or are you making a second book.... because i am hooked. I really like it and can't wait.

Loved it! A well-written story with interesting characters and a good deal of branching and replayability. All in all, it felt more like a good old DnD adventure. Next installment please!

Really enjoyed this story. I have played through it a cuple of times and really enjoyed the differing elements. Hoping for a sequel as ending seemed to hint at one. Fingers crossed!
