I have been playing this game since December and really enjoy the game. Now when I try to start the game it stops after I select the server. I am level 65 and VIP 13 so I have spent a lot of time and money on the game. I would easily give it 5 stars if I could access my file. It is fun to play and haven't had any problems until now. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Like the game. Please add more dungeon soon and more characters. Also please lower the amount it takes to get the personal items for each character or add another method for gaining exchange store coins, so that they can accumulate faster. And please add more things to do within a legion. Good work on the game and thank you for your last improvement.

Recruit and build heroes. Different battle system. Two things could greatly improve this game. Better translation, and easier access to silver. It takes a fortune to level equipment and evolve heroes. There really needs to be a lot more income. Removed a star. Some early glitches are expected, but no way to contact support. When fixed I'll add the stars back. Edit: game no longer supported

I'm on nexus 6p last version was running OK with some lag there and there but now, every fight brings lag and I got some force shutdowns when browsing my stuff. Great game but you need to look at what happened with your update.

I want to withdraw my previous post about this game. I love it. I'm an hardcore game of thrones fan!! & now also a big fan of this game. The only problem is with the words of the characters, alot of times you can't figure out what they are saying,but that isn't a big deal.

Game has stopped working for me and I cant log in any more. I spent a lot of money on this game and now it seems like the developers are going to cut and run. If there are no responses soon I will demand a refund and leave this special 1 star review. There are much better games than this I can spend my money on. If others want a refund, I suggest going to Google and request them for one. They are usually compliant with the customers thankfully.

Can't login to server for 3days.. deleted it reinstalled and updated and still no access.. big things I'm missing out on.. keep up the awesome job but maybe a lil warning like the Feb 4th update... 4.9 stars (cuz I can't whoop anymore a**) LMAO

Good game I put a lot into it. But since new update with new game name I have not been able to get past the log in screen it says checking for update but then it says network connection fails. Not sure whats going on but I hate to give a bad review on something I been looking forward to contribute money to in the future but if this isn't fixed soon they will loose a customer. Not threats but just stating how I feel about the matter. I give 3 stars.

This is definitely a pay to win game. It has good mechanics, but there are so many glitches which Rob me of rewards, and the devs never respond. Once in a blue moon they shoot out a mass message, but seriously, there is such a lack of support, I would never recommend this game. I've had a character completely wiped and they said there's nothing to be done. I'm waiting on compensation from nearly a month ago! Just a shame.

Its Been a month since I posted on the facebook page concerning a glitch in the Dungeon Seige part of the game. you guys responded to it but never addressed the issue. Says account does not exist. No way to log in. Wants me to start game over on new server. Really upset about this. I had gold characters now I have to start from the beginning? Don't think so. Don't waste your time and money.

With help I have my account back. Would easily give the game 5 stars if the bugs were fixed. Every time I'm in the PEAK BATTLE it sais I lost the battle even though the battle record shows that I won. Fun to play though.

I purchased the monthly card for in-game gold twice for $5.99 and I haven't received it. Once on 7/24/2016 and once on 7/28/2016, hoping it might work the second time. NOPE!!! I emailed the developers and got NO RESPONSE!!! DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS GAME LIKE I DID!!!

Couldn't log onto server for 3 days. When I finally could, 3 months worth of playing this game was gone. Lost everything. It started me over at level 1. I was maxed out at 65. You can't contact support because apparently this game just materialized out of thin air. I can't get a response from anyone. Almost like they don't care about their customer base.

Been waiting about 3 weeks to get the gold and VIP bonus still no change after multiple emails and now I can't login to S4 for three days. I don't dislike the game I dislike being ripped off.

im giving 3 stars because i do enjoy the game. ever since the update when summoning or collecting or trying to advance/ upgrade heroes/ equipment it lags extremely bad. the rest of the game seems to be alright. im using htc one m9. doesnt matter if its wifi or network data. it still lags.

Won't update , I just downloaded it so I'm unsure why it needs a new update, but it keeps complaining about a network error. Might be a good game, but I can't tell. I'll come back and update this if I ever get to play or not if it takes so long that I just delete the game.

I love the game, despite the bad English translations, I still can make sense of it. But ever since the last update, for 2 days straight I haven't had my daily activities reset. My dungeons, dragon nest, story levels, free eggs, all are saying for the 3rd day that I have uses them all for the day. Please help! Having trouble getting on for last. week any time after 10 in morning can't log back in till 11pm miss lots of boss fights only gives 30 min to fight but game play is nice wants I get on I'm also on s6 arryn

No game updates at all absentee developers second game out there with a new name that is a perfect copy seems the company will stop working on a game copy and paste with a new name to draw in more people so don't bother with this or war of throne

Was really enjoying the game until the last update. Now it force closes right after I select my server....every time. Emailed with no reply. What a shame

Can not get into the game. Says can not connect to server but I am connected and can get into other games np. Please fix. Great game otherwise except for the translations are a little off.

It's a good game for those who like Game of Thrones but I repeatedly receive messages that say that I'm not able to connect to the network. This can last for days without anyone fixing it. This leads to lost play time which results in losing materials that are time sensitive. Get this fixed and it will receive a higher rating.

S4 Baratheon server hasn't worked for 3 days now and I've lost everything. Fix it soon please with a decent compensation for the lost days of check in and play time. How do I restore the information I lost. My screen name was BRANDON24 and I lost all of my information. It made me start over after I spent a lot of money trying to get more hero's and my power up. Please help. Will put 5 stars if you can restore my account.

Good game but its not letting me on my sever checks saying network error or a bad internet connection

The servers have gone down for 2 DAYS and we have not been compensated for loss on dailys or even a coin bonus two gold summon eggs would be nice but nothing in my inbox would like to know what's going on -_-

Sometimes the game won't open saying there's a network error, it will take many hours until it's finally fixed and the English translations are so bad !

For the past 2-3 weeks I been wanting to play but it says it cannot connect. I have active service and at home I sit next to my router. Please fix issue

Awesome game but going on day 3 as well and the dungeons aren't resetting. Was wondering if I could get something as well?.
