Might be just me but it's hard to get close to 100 turns/spins without the candy and coffee combination. The wait time exists as a tactic to get people to download sponsor apps since it's the only way to get the coins needed to purchase items. (I'm not sure if the unlocks that come at level 10 or 11 provide alternate methods of getting coins though.) If you're lucky, you may get some items through the random draw after Pesoguin stops spinning. However, chances are, you'll be given a useless scrub brush. I suppose it's a fun game for children or those that are insanely bored.
