Nubs' Adventure

This game is a Metroidvania and it gives you so many challenges in such a huge world and I'm only playing the demo. The full game is $2.24 and I can't wait to explore even more of the world. The game challenges the player with clever challenges and puzzles around the world to find the gems and it has simple enemies and nice mechanics such as interacting with objects and using the cool boomerang. It's an amazing game and gamers looking for some good games should buy this one.

This was genuinely delightful to play! Even when I got stuck attempting a part over and over, I usually found myself enjoying it. I'll admit I'm a little disappointed that the paywall came up, but I understand! Putting as much out for free as there is available is still pretty great!

I loved every single bit of detail, and even kinda liked the fact that the pai thing meant pay thing, but I was saddened. I don't have the money to spend on games really and I was loving it. I still think it's amazing though, and you haven't seen the extent of mobile until this game. Great game, saddened by the pay thing.

Somebody can tell me how to kill the boss, when we are the big worm. And the boss is in some kind of spaceship? By the way... The game is really awesome...!!!

Note : This review is based off the demo. Personally, I think this game is more comparative to that of an open world exploration game, rather than that of a multiple route action game. Mainly through the slow pacing, which is my reason for the four star review. Even in the games of the former category, their pacing has intense moments, but this game feels too slow. Based off only the demo, every part of the map feels like a level in its own. But that's not necessarily bad, it gives a calm attitude and can show growth as a character. However since there is no consistent action, it feels as if I am playing a long story than I am an exciting build up to a boss or twist. If I played past the demo, I'm sure the action would have sped up, but as I said before, this is a demo review. From before, I mentioned an attitude of calmness, which transitions to the best element, the aesthetics. Like the fitting calm music, that matches the slow pacing. The environment really shows adventurous spirit the game could have made me feel. And these colors in the background is solid in that it makes it easier to become the person you play as. About the people you meet, they feel out of place, such as the man in the sky who I end up leaving. I wish you could interact to the characters, as in side quests and bonuses to help build your house in the end. By itself and not comparing to other games, the ambiance is very good in complementing the game if used properly.

Wish the whole thing was free. Also there is a glitch with jumping and moving at the same time. Otherwise it's amazing

I want it to support wireless controller properly. Button B does not work as it should! Please, fix it.

This game is very fun and I promise you will love this awesome game.It has cool textures and cool features.

A little Metroidvania, a little Meat Boy, a lot of fun. Keep in mind this game is not free. It's $2.00 or so after the first 10th of the game.

I Love This game I wish it was free though Also if I were in the game I would find the guys that hurt him and beat them up

VERY nice pixelart and story but a week after I got 4% it deleted ALL my progress so I don't recomend

I love this game definitely worth it I love games like this fun but challenging but worth it but when I was playing it just came and it said to continue pay money so everything in this games is a 5 but I have to go down to 4 cuz uff the paing thing but every thing else is 5.

The game looks great, plays great, and sounds great. I was into the game, it was a cute fun game. I saw the pay thing on the menu and I thought it was some extra levels or something, so I was insanely saddened when you had to pay to continue. I know that developer's need their money but it was such a surprise. Would be 5 starts but the sudden pay to continue dropped it to 4. And of course i bought it!

I am looking for platformers I can play using ps4 controller. The movement and jumping A button worked nicely, B interaction and boomerang button did not - every time I pressed it, it triggered jump at the same time. This would be a definite must buy for me if this minor issue had been fixed. Will be checking back to see this fixed. Then I promise to buy it and rate 5 stars. Thanks and keep up the good work!

The maps were interesting & well done, the play mechanics were fluid & well set up. I would recommend a free to play option, perhaps with adverts. That's me nitpicking of course, mainly because I don't have any disposable income to purchase the full version atm & RLY want to see how much more the game has to offer.

This is one of the best short games I have ever played on a mobile device! It is well worth the small amount of money to pay for the whole game. Beautiful graphics, great music and the physics are spot-on! It's not an easy game but it challenges you just enough to keep you playing. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Demo's experience is like 4-5, rest of the game gets boring. Basically, a heaps of backtracking for no reason + the feel of grinding since the fairy just asks for more gems and story doesn't move any further for quite a long time. Cool style doe.

I just played through and beat the game with 100%. The game can be frustrating every once in a while, but that challenge makes it so much more worth it when you achieve it. If you like puzzles, you'll love this. If you love adventures, you'll love this. Go on, give it a try! 10/10, and hoping for a sequel! :D

Awesome adventurous game, game was great. i paid without any thought, good based map, each enemy has a pattern of attacking and a unique killing way. I was frustrating to get the diamond but complete it eventually. Could anyone explain to me why Nubs has a special power of transferring to animals or whatever that is?

A fun, peaceful (though at times frustrating) platformer. You need to pay to unlock the full game which isn't a big deal when you're enjoying it as much as I was. Really enjoyed the retro style and weapon mechanics. Looking forward to seeing what else this developer rolls out.

This game is simply good. But the size of my mobile phone display is 3.5 inches small. So i cannot play this game perfectly on my phone. I uninstalled the game. Please never mind. I told you, the game is simply good. This means it is not bad. You guys can play it on device with big sized display. Good luck.

The game itself is amazing and has such a beautiful feel to it, but all of a sudden a good way into the game it wants you to pay for it. The fact that this game advertises as free, but when you really start enjoying the game it wants you to pay for your enjoyment, that is really just bad. But if you are willing to pay $2.49 to Pai the Stone, by all means do, the game is beautiful.

The boss fight with that navi guy when you're controlling the creepy snake is so unfair. Please, take a way to fix it! You can't even get back to the world if you dont fight that guy. Im thinking about drop the game. :/

I loved this game. Every time I discovered a new area was really exciting. Like the title says, it is an adventure. I never buy games but had zero regrets on this one. It was fun, challenging and the controls were on point. Great job!

Though beautiful, the fact that it is not only listed as free but also labeled as on sale, which implies that your getting the paid version only to find "Pai the Stone" whom asks for $2.49 to unlock the whole map. Not only is this intentionally deceiving but a metaphorical sleep in the face. Once the full game is free, as you have it labeled I, and it would seem more then a few others, would be more then happy to to rate this amazing game at 5 stars and possibly buy your future products.

I love the exploration part and the puzzles, and most of it is just the right difficulty. But then i got trapped in this stupid minigame where I have to make a worm eat a spaceship, it would be hard but doable except that the controls are awful, so it becomes impossible. And I can't go anywhere else in the game until I finish this crappy thing. I'll probably just uninstall.

I loved it! The only downside is the boss fights, but they aren't very fun in most games anyway. The graphics are lovely, the music excellent, the controls are tight.

Beautiful game, almost perfect. The only dissapointment was finding out I have to buy the game to play it more. Wish i had the money to buy the full version!

Good game to unwind. The levels and puzzles are challenging without being too frustrating. Plenty of different things to do which keep it from becoming boring and repetitive.

it's the best game I've ever played and I have played a LOT of games but I have one thing that would make it a lot better and it is that you should make it so you can leave the boss battles so you can take a break from them.but other than that anyone who reads this it is worth the money to finish the game but if you make an update on the battle thing then I will give this game 5 stars.(also can you make the boss battle with the worm a little bit easyer please? because it took me about 3 hours to do half of it) but other than that I would rate 10000 stars if I could because it has the best graphics and platforming and great music and sound.
