All Aboard Now

'All Aboard Now’ is een digitaal onboarding programma in de vorm van een game. ‘All Aboard Now’ is primair gericht op het leveren van een bijdrage aan het onboarden van (potentiële) nieuwe medewerkers in de periode vanaf de eerste kennismaking tot en met de eerste werkdag. Goede onboarding verkleint de kans dat nieuwe medewerkers op korte termijn de organisatie verlaten.

De eerste indruk van een organisatie bepaalt in grote mate of de potentiële nieuwe medewerker zich ook daadwerkelijk verbonden voelt met de organisatie. Met ‘All Aboard Now’ zet u een volgende stap in het binden en boeien van (potentieel) nieuw personeel. Tegelijkertijd bespaart u veel tijd in vergelijking met het traditioneel onboarden van medewerkers.

Na realisatie is ‘All Aboard Now’ op elk tijdstip te gebruiken, door de gehele doelgroep en laagdrempelig in gebruik. De game bestaat uit vier onderdelen:

Level 1 - Organisatie In dit level komen de missie en visie van de organisatie aan bod d.m.v. een introductievideo, ingesproken door een vertegenwoordiger van de organisatie. Na deze video verdiept de speler zich in de kernwaarden (en bijbehorende definities) van uw organisatie.

Level 2 - Wie is wie In het tweede level koppelen spelers de juiste functie aan de juiste medewerker. Daarnaast koppelen spelers een specifieke vraagstelling aan de medewerker die hierover gaat.

Level 3 - Procedures In het Procedures-level komen vaste handelingen en/of procedures aan bod. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan veiligheidsprocedures. De taak van de speler is om de juiste volgorde te vinden.

Level 4 - Infocentrum In dit level kunnen alle ins en outs van de organisatie worden gepresenteerd d.m.v. tekst en een afbeelding. Als afsluiting van ieder onderwerp zal de speler kort getoetst worden, waarmee de progressie wordt bijgehouden.
