Fix pass line issues. Make a buy option for place bets also correct the come out rolls place bets don't lose on a come out 7

Won't let you bet when computer is rolling. Why a timer!? There are no other players! You race it, fighting with the crappy interface, failing to make a bet before the roll. Can't bet come line after point is established (it's grayed out).
