Endure The Twists And Turns Of ’80s-Fueled Endless Reaction Racer
The beats are half-muted, yet still fresh in Hotline Trail, an arcade motorbike endless racer in which you never know when the road is going to suddenly slalom, turn into a roundabout or decorate itself with some purple-and-green trees. It’s all about endurance, because it’s set in the ’80s, which, if you consult video games for your research, is all about blurry neon lights, drugs and Hawaiian shirts.
As said, Hotline Trail is an endless racer in which the road is always only a few meters ahead of you and will suddenly change itself according to the demands of the voice over that booms across this synth-laden abyss you ride over. It can be straight for a while, then suddenly chicane out of nowhere, and if you don’t react accordingly, then you’ll end up falling off the road or grinding along the sides of it, which slows you down, and then you’ll fall off the back.

Love these kinds of games, and this is deserves a solid 5 star rating from everyone. It would be nice if there could be slightly more to the visuals, though, and maybe in the city, the road could branch off in a grid pattern, and so on for the other landscapes.

I really never got into the endless runnerracer games of today but, games like this one with its soundtrack and visuals make me want to play it more at first you may feel confused about the moment but very easy to control once you find it. one thing that i am going through is a bit of lag at the moment but it does not stop me from playing and also does not feel like a complete game from the trailer it looks much different

Frustrating and 80's is right. Took me a few minutes to get used to the controls but I played the flash version first so I got the hang of it pretty easily. Fun game, will definitely play it a bit more.

Played it on my NVIDIA Shield and mapping to control was simple. There was a graphical bug that I can't really explain, but the green backdrops in Forest/Mountain/City looked warped.

Great core gameplay with lots of replayability. My only gripe is that the visual elements appear a bit small on a 1080p phone screen. Perhaps give an option to resize the objects on the screen? Otherwise, great 80s soundtrack and mix of procedurally-generated paths to ride on.
