I just got this to track my file on xbox one for re6. Only to find the app says re6 is not available on xbox one. Well thats funny seen as ive just baught the game on live store. Sort it out and ill give more stars.

To start it's slow. Loading times for everything. Second it doesn't have a lot of the options the site does. I can't even figure out where to redeem my points. Definitely needs an update with RE7 taking off.

Guys don't ever try this app, its the boring app ever on Google play, the app is very useless. It is only best on draining battery only nothing else

Horrendously clunky app barely fit for purpose. Trying to view my Res 7 stats and change icons among other things. You spend more time looking at loading screens. Needs to go back to the drawing board.

Rarely have difficulty with the browser but it's slower than a Zombie

Why capcom this app is way too slow and when I tried to log in it says resident evil 6 isn't available on ps4 well it made me laugh since I bought it on my ps4 sort this out capcom

It crashes when I try to launch it help pls.

There's no ps4 version of Resident Evil 6 that is the only reason why I downloaded this plus this application is really slow

It'd be one of the best apps IF you convert the slow respond by fast respond. Please do something about it, i don't have patience to stay for so long time by just clicking once

FIX THE LOADING SCREENS DUDE, in the amount of time it takes for the app to load i could've gone out and bought the next CoD game and just shot zombies on that. I hear their companion app takes 3 hours less to load than this trash. Seeing these awful load times makes me see why Capcom has gone close to bankrupt. Like seriously, if the next Resident Evil has f**king PS2 loading screen times why would i even think about buying it.

This has the basis of a good app. It appears to give you access to everything you would expect it too (based on when you log in via the website) but the load times are rediculious... it takes upto 20-30 seconds to load whenever you select an option... if this can be fixed the app would be alot more usable...

It's extremely slow.

The convenience of the app is nice, so it didn't get a star review. My general phone browser and Google Chrome browser can load the same stuff effortlessly. The browser support on the app part needs a major overhaul to do the same or better than the phone browsers.
