This didn't acknowledge that I paid for it after a while, now I paid for it again for a cranky 4 year old after switching devices. Won't do that again. Otherwise the kid likes it.

Could not install and no option for a refund

My daughter has been watching this being played on YouTube for a few weeks now. When I found it and saw all the bad reviews I felt a bit worried but glad I didn't listen. Works really well on my S7!

my daughter is five and has loved this game since she was four and it came out. i couldnt be happier with the game. people wanna down talk the app cause their child cried for it so they did what the child demanded and is mas at the app. they should learn to say no and waah it takes up space. cry over something else cause i love knowing they made the game big and enjoyabke.. well worth the money and i woukd pay the 5.00 daily if needed. charlotte my little girl loves it and has a blast

Keep saying to connect to the internet to proceed..but i am connected to the internet..is there other way to download the content?

Had alot of trouble with this game at first but have it working now and my boys love it. Only down side to this game is you need a phone that has lots of free GBs to play it. So unless you have a decent phone or a tablet then i don't recomend buying it. But on the upside its a super fun game and my boys love it!

After a pup is chosen and first challenge accomplished, the app closes. Very frustrating for my three year old. Requesting a refund. Wish it could be fixed!

The playhaven screen constantly appears making this impossible to play. Demand a refund and remove of this immediately!

Granddaughter begged for this game after Nick Jr advertise it during Paw Patrol show. $3.99 and tons of tears later, they should be ashamed of this program. Needs tons of hard drive (at least 5 g) . You will install and reinstall and will freeze almost any phone or tablet. Don't know who wrote the program, but it's the worst I've ever seen. Please don't buy unless you like being frustrated and enjoy watching your child cry. Should be taken off market until fixed. Update 7/2016 useless.

I have been trying for a week, and it won't download! Not only do you have to pay, it takes up a ton of space and can't be refunded. Not happy, I expect more for a worldwide company like this one. Thanks for nothing, Nickelodeon.

After paying for this game which is much more expensive than a usual kids game, I now have a very upset 3 year old as it wont install! From the reviews I can see now im not the only one that has been ripped off..... Are these games not checked before being released?? Cant even claim a refund as it constantly says it is installing...

I tried so many times, but nothing works. I did all the steps in the troubleshooting but nothing works. My son is so frustrated now. I really want a refund...and please fix it, don't just leave it here so that the kids see it and then they cannot play ....

Instead of AU$5.49. I was charged 2 lots so ended up paying AU$10.98!!!

Why the hell do I need 3gb memory in order to play this stupid game. My device didn't even have that much space to when I bought it, let alone after I've had it 6 months! . This bloody game takes ages to load past the initial (company name) screen. Once it finally does , there's an error message stating "connect to the internet to proceed" However, I am already connected, the app just can't seem to recognise it.

My 3 year old daughter and I downloaded this yesterday and it worked perfectly. The game was great with wonderful graphics. This morning she tried to play and all she got was a scrambled screen, no sounds, and a frozen tablet. After restarting my tablet several times, it still will not open. I WANT A REFUND PLEASE.

Tried this on my n5 before letting my son play. Seems to work ok but backing out of the game and restarting hangs at logo. Killing the app and restart works though.
