Find the hidden word in the grid of letters.

The hidden word uses all the tiles on the grid starting from any tile and running from neighbour-to-neighbour, horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

If you get stuck, one tap on the clue button (?) will reveal the first letter in the hidden word and further taps will reveal further letters.

Foldiword uses a list of 1700 words in common use which have the same spelling in British English and US English.

Foldiword is suitable as a puzzle game for native speakers of English and for those learning English as a Foreign Language.

In Easy mode the puzzles have 4, 5 or 6 letters.

In Normal mode the puzzles have 7, 8 or 9 letters.

In Advanced mode the puzzles have 10, 11 or 12 letters.

Foldiword keeps track of how many puzzles you have completed and shows you the running total each time you successfully complete a puzzle without using any clues.

Foldiword remembers which puzzle you were working on and automatically returns to it next time you launch the application.
