■■■ストーリー■■■
観光地だった小さな島『凪ノ島（なぎのしま）』。
いまや小さな補給港があるだけの忘れられた島になっている。
島民たちは島を復興するべく、まずは若者たちを呼び込もうと、国から助成金を受けて、海事訓練校を設立することにした。

新たに設立された『公立凪ノ海事訓練校』には、安くなった学費を目当てに、海での活躍を願う若者たちが集まった。
一期生は男子１０名、女子５名の計１５名。そう、たったの１５名しか集まらなかったのだ。しかも、そのうち２人は島の人間。

両親を海難事故でなくした少年である主人公は、両親のような事故をなくしたいと学校にやってきた。
ただ、海難事故以降は生活に追われて海に遊びに来たこともなく、学校でのプールの授業程度だったため、海には全然慣れておらず、島に来る船で船酔いをして周囲から奇異な目で見られるというくらいのド素人からスタートとなる。

学校での最終目標は海難救助の国家試験で最高のＳランクをとること。このＳランクに何人合格するかで、学校の格付けがされるといっても過言ではないので、将来多くの後輩に来てもらうためにも、できるだけ高ランクを目指すことになる。

当初は、頼りない主人公たちだったが、優しくて気のいい島の人たちに囲まれながら、主人公の努力によって次第に結束し、いくつもの訓練や突発事故、人間関係の軋轢を乗り越えて成長していく。

青い海と、ちょっと未来のガジェットをベースに、いつもの優しい人間関係を描く物語。
