DartsConnect for Android
4 devices. None can find the board
The app needs work...also a two player online mode would be awesome
Not compatible with a galaxy tab 4
Would like to be able to keep stats whether I'm offline or online. Would also like to be able to play offline games while waiting for an online opponent. Other than that, it's a lot of fun.
Where to begin...I first played on this board in late 15'. I now have my own and the app has come a long way since then but still needs some improving. The board itself is good quality. The app has too many little glitches that make it frustrating to play sometimes. The game lobby never shows anyone in there but I know people are on. I still consider the app to be in the beginning stages but I hope a lot of common feedback is being considered to make the app better.
The dartboard is great but the app lacks... We need a EU server, we need Single Sign On, we need automatic dartboard discovery via Wi-Fi, we need more stability and less app crashes and we need a decent online challenge queueing system. I cannot practice while I wait for an opponent! So sad...
I can Skype with the other player for free. This monthly subscription stuff is garbage. I paid over $215 for the board alone. Upgrade your infrastructure and make this app actually work. Thanks.
Getting this product configured is sometimes not as straightforward as I would like it to be. Here are some requirements that potential buyers might want to know about before purchasing: (Some devices like the HTC6435LVW can't install the DartsConnect app via the Play store, but it works through an APK extractor) Wifi Network at 2.4ghz not 5ghz Your phone/tablet/etc connected to the same 2.4ghz network, it won't work if your phone connects at 5ghz The Wifi network cannot have special characters in the name (Not sure about the password) Sometimes you'll have to go through this process again if it hasn't been on for a few hours. When setting up the board for the first time, you will need to use a phone/tablet that will stay connected to a wifi network that doesn't have external internet access. My Nexus 6P and Nexus 5 would not do this step for some reason, but the HTC6435LVW would do it and worked for setup after getting the APK installed. Long story short, setting up this board is potentially a pain, but not impossible, if your network and devices are similar to mine :)
I can skype, snapchat video, and use other apps for free. The video option is nice though, but not for $3.99 a month is a waste
The bord is nice along with the offline play but it would be nice to be able to make an account then play offline with your friends to help it keep ur stats.
Why when i go to lobby it doesn't show anybody online to play
Good
Hope software can improve
This game is awesome. I played over 60 online matches the first weekend.
Improving every week. Join the FB players group for suggestions.
Keeps disconnecting from board and some freeze ups yet
Update: Still many features unavailable. Getting better, stats are working now. Get some more games now, please!
Suggestions: make WiFi connection on board more automatic.
Thanks for allowing a mute !music option. Any chance of local profiles/stats in a future version?
Great app. Early stages but cant wait till the future updates and added features
Waiting for update. Would be nice to see what marks were hit by either player on each throw. Also, to see the number of players online playing to see if anyone is looking for a game. Lots of potential!
I hope many people playing together with.

Is the board worth the price? Without a doubt, yes... Although the app is clearly the negative aspect of the purchase. Offer the ability to have multiple users to log into a single board. Allowing both users to log data and play doubles online. Get some games built into the app! 01, count up, and cricket? Hire some new or proper code writers. Even if you bill games out for a few $$ each. Would be nice to see these new online board manufactures talking. Come out with a common language so there boards can be played across platforms.
