theres GREATER BINGO games with MUCH BETTER PAYOUTS AND FREEBIES. Its very unlikely to get Bingos when you only get a little to play with AND you can only collect every 24h. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS STUPID GAME!!! It keeps freezing and they CHEAT in TOURNAMENT!! Its last update was in 2014

The customer service is horrible I order $10 worth of gem I did not receive it at all. It is not worth your time or money do not download this game

I download and install it but when i tap to play all i get is a blank screen, shame really, the game looks good

After reading good reviews by players, I thought I would give this game a go. I was enjoying it for the first hour, then it started playing up. Half way through playing, suddenly back at home screen, (Lost credits, boosts and cards). As well as not getting into game room to play after getting cards. ( More lost cards and bingo credits). Disappointed and uninstalling. I wont be recommending it to friends.

I just purchased a bunch of credits n while updating my balance this game froze up. I've tried reinstalling and everything but now the game won't even load. I feel so cheated right now.

Played it for while and can't get past first room. Too much money or coins to get what you need to move up. If that changed it that it would be a good game.

I play tons of bingo games on my phone and, unfortunately for my bank account, spend a lot of money on these games as well. Not only does it require spending a lot of money to enjoy this game (if you like using "boosters" and opening chests to complete collections) but the last two times I've made $4.99 purchases for special discounted "Combo Packs", I get charged the five bucks for something I don't even want and none of the items in the combo pack! Garbage...

Paid for 4 specials in last 4 weeks, they got credit card pay ment I got nothing! Am so tired thinking give them one more chance, but tonight I watched intently waiting for 80 blue jewels, 3 batteries, keys n 1,000 plus coins n nothing. Done and c/o to office will let you know what they do! Should have read reviews first! Now another just bought! To now avail! Need help asap!

I have had the same problem with buying the daily special and not getting it I emailed the company so we will see what they do for me happened 3 times

Getting tired of being kicked out of game and hallways after I've won a bingo, never getting played . When I go back in its as though nothing has happened

The daily allotment needs to increase to avoid customer frustrations! Otherwise I really like it!

Would have given it a 5- star but, the last number called end the game before allowing you to daub it and I have to restart my phone to exit. If that doesn't change I will be uninstalling it.

This game keeps shutting down, back to the bingo room menu, whenever you start the game... Which means I keep losing my tokens, I used to go into the room...

But haven't been able to open at all today. Says unable to connect to server.

They only start you out with enough to buy 3 games and no power ups. Impossible game to win.

I like daubing my own cards.... Game is really confusing

I have my iwn wifi and it kept disconnecting and saying it was unstable. It was very frustrating.

Today, 12/26, I bought "Coins Combo Pack" & I did NOT recieve the items I bought. As soon as I bought the pack, my coins were at 1,790 after, the pack contained 2,000 coins, 59 diamonds & 15 bingos. Please help me admins. I can't figure out how to locate u thru the android app I'm using on my Samsung Galaxy S4. THANK YOU!

I can't get enough of bingo games. They are very addicting. I am totally hooked on bingo.

I thought bingo was boring. But this bingo is the best. Why welllllll let's start with texting. So I'm a kid right.so when I text nobody responds. So im done let's move on to friends in this game u can not make friends. That's the only thing I do not like about this game. I know this is not helpful but im give you a peace of my mine. Is a good set up n plenty of variety.Very easy to play n understand but you run out of chips quick if u dont win u cant get them unless u buy them on credit card!

It's ok but dose not win very often, and gives very little for prizes

App crashes entirely too much... Whts the point in sending reports... Ive been doing tht for 2 months & game shuts dwn every few hands played....

I like this bingo game probably the best, but the but bingo balls are way too small and hard to read. The backgrpund mussic is too loud to hear them being called and I couldn't find the settings to change it. If the whole thing were made bigger and easier to see-I would reinstall.

Game is not good. Can't get power ups. Wants you to buy constantly. Would not buy anything with this game.

I can not get the game to load, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it still won't load !!!!! I have sent an email telling them about the problem with no response. I Loved playing this game when it worked, and now it's just a piece of junk taking up space. Will give it 5 stars again when it works, but if it isn't working in another week, I am uninstalling it permanently !!!!!!

Really enjoyed the game, but on the first day I downloaded it - on my very first purchase of a package - they took my money without crediting me the credits & other goodies. I can't even request a refund or the package because there is NO way to contact them anywhere.

This game is absolute garbage when it comes to Internet connection! Does not connect properly to the internet. A waste of time and storage space!
