Reinstalled because I missed the music. Seems to work well again. Still some minor issue with missed tap during live shows. But it's nice being able to enjoy both μ and Aquors now. Also A-RISE cards and music awesomeness! It's still a lot of fun to play. And so many new idol cards to collect.

The app has been crashing all day I get to the opening screen, Jumping Heart starts, and then it's crashes. So much for tiering for Rin. (Update: I opened the app, it downloaded new data and crashed again. Restarted phone and yet again crashed. Really glad I didn't waste lovegems because jfc klab why

I used to play DDR & Guitar Hero alot, & I had alot of issues finding a game to replace them. This game is so much more fulfilling! I love the songs, the side stories, & collecting "girls". My only issue is that more people are now playing, so even if I use real money during events, it's impossible to win since the tiers are still the same level (before I could win easily without money). Just to give an idea, I'm chronically ill so I stay at home to play, yet I still can't win...

For the past week or so the app has been crashing regularly. I had hoped updating would fix the problem but now it crashes upon startup and I can't get a transfer code to reinstall it. The game is fine otherwise although the content can be questionable and the art is passable.

The only big complaint I have is regarding messaging. The limit is ridiculous, & a lot of the time I am told that the message has words or characters that aren't valid or inappropriate when all I'm saying is "Happy New Year!" Otherwise this game is addictive and really great. Other small issue I've been having these past few days is special messages from characters coming a day later than intended

Honestly this is a great game, the massive downside is waiting for your stamina to refill.. 10 minutes for 1 point? That is just overkill and I have to wait hours until I can play again.. Not everyone makes in-app purchases, please reconsider this...

I love this game so much for over a year now and for a while now I have realized that the songs on hard mode are actually slow. I usually play on expert/master mode but once in a while I would play a song on hard just for fun and ever since the new updates the songs on hard are really slow and because they are slow a lot of icons come up on the screen. I can S rank and B/C rank on master mode S rank and S combo on expert, normal, and easy, but can't even survive to the end of the song on hard mode. I don't know if it's just me or if other players are experiencing this.

The rate at which you are trying to catch up with the JP server is ridiculous. Focus on making the F2P players stay. I think whatever you're doing is fine, since it's your 3rd Year on the Google Play Store market. Don't try to overimpress though, you will make the veteran players feel like quitting.

Although this used to never happen to me, over the past few months the app hasn't been able to pick up my touches half way through songs, making me break my combos and fail. It was bearable at first, but after the new update its been happening with every song, meaning that I can't enter tournaments any more.

At first I had problems trying to play the game in a brand new Blackview bv6000 then I bought another phone and I can finally play this awesome game I just have to say that I loved the anime love the songs and because of all of that I'm way too in love with this game, the mechanics are perfect and challenges you to improve yourself. Don't hesitate download this game now forget about your surroundings and loved ones.

It's a really great game, but recently I haven't been able to get on. I tap on the title screen and then the game just suddenly stops on me. *UPDATE* It's been a week since the game stopped working, and it still hasn't been fixed. Rating it 1 star until it gets fixed.

I got, like, lots of corrupted files due to just having a crappy connection. I wish I could delete specific files on the options but I can't. I can't re-download a 900mb+ worth for various reasons...

As of recently, the app has been closing and crashing as soon as I open it. It's a shame, even after I downloaded the new data. I've never felt so frustrated with an app. I have sent feedback and I am waiting for it to hopefully open. I guess I can't get the SR Rin. Please fix this at some point!

I love this app but for the past 3 days it won't open. An error keeps occuring on the loading screen and it force closes. It's especially irritating since I was actually going after the Rin card in the current event that ends tomorrow and now I for sure won't be getting it. I've tried restarting my phone and deleting other large apps. I don't really want to undownload this app without properly backing it up but I can't even get past the load screen. Any help available?

I LOVE this game!! Just very upset, it's been force closing me out of app since yesterday!! Please fix,need to tier this event!! Please KLAB, if you have any heart, please fix issue for the 50+ people having this problem!! At least extend the event or something,it just isn't fair for people who have tried so hard on the challenge fest!!

current bug where game crashes at startup if phone is not set to UTC time, will change back to 5 stars after it's fixed. surprising because these bugs are normally fixed within a few hours.

Ok, so I've had this problem a few times but it normally sorts itself out when I de-install it and install it again, but in this case it hasn't. Everyone I click 'start game' it says it's connecting to the game but then it freezes (the music is still playing) and it then it closes itself down. Every time I install it again it does the same thing. I would like to know why it's doing this. I have got onto the game with this tablet before but that was really laggy. I love this game it's highly enjoyable but now that I've had this problem I won't be able to play it until it's fixed. I feel as if my data has been deleted as well which I'm hoping it's not and that I can restore it some way. I was using Google play on this account and I had 3 UR's and I was rank 60+ I think. Probably under the name Acy.

I have been playing this game for a year now with no issues, but suddenly, my game crashes each time I try to go into it. I restarted my device, but that didn't help. The first crash happened suddenly while I was in the middle of a live show, and now I can't get into the game at all. I hope this can be fixed because I really enjoy this game and I'd hate to lose all my data

I really love this game, but it won't open, it just keeps saying to restart the app, I even uninstalled it and re installed it and the game still refuses to open. It keeps crashing. Today I opened it and it downloaded new stuff and then crashed again.

3 days ago my game keep crashing for no reason and today i learned i had to change my time zone to tokyo in order for the game to work. This never happened before . Is it possible to fix this bug.But this is one of my favorite game!

When It works it's great. Unfortunately for over a week it keeps force closing. Updated it a few days ago and the problem is still ongoing. Super disappointing

The game keeps restarting everytime I open it. I even re-downloaded it multiple times but it does the same thing every time. I want to keep playing this game but I can't because of this issue.

My favorite mobile game, but after the update god how buggy the live show is. I don't really mind the silent song preview, but during live shows I can no longer get full combo since the notes keep appearing or disappearing so suddenly which leads to good, bad or even miss. Please fix and I'll return my 5 stars. Tq. Edit: The buggy notes are getting annoying, preventing me to get full event points. 1* for now.

Having an issue getting the game to load. It's been crashing for 2 days now and I have lost out on playing the rest of the event to get rewards. Please fix it, I love this game

I really love this game and the show as well. In only giving 4 stars as I was a little disappointed that my favorite song from the show "Start,Dash" isn't in the game

This game is so great that it will not leace my device. Only problems I encounter is that there are songs that makes it difficult to see incoming tap because of the background color or the tap scores (perfect, great, good, bad, miss). And there are times that the game glitches, taps fast forwards and backwards, tap release does not sync, which results to combo loss. Also make it applicable to run in two device with same game data, it does not have to run at the same time, only the game data. But other than that is fine.

Love this game, been playing it for a long time but for the past 2 days it's been crashing. It won't go past the loading screen before it's crashes. I still get my daily rewards but it crashes right after. I hope this gets fixed soon.

So this game is good overall, but from time to time I CANNOT log into the game. Today my friend wanted me to farm (scout love gems for him) on his account, and I agreed. He gave me his code and it started loading. I get to the screen with all the lovely lil girls on, only to be KICKED OUT? This isn't the first time it's happened. It will happen to me on a regular basis (while I'm on my own account) and my internet will be PERFECTLY FINE. I don't know if it's just me or what but this is an issue I've been having. My friend is especially worried because I can't reinstall the app because I haven't saved his new code (his account would be deleted) Please, if you can do absolutely anything, it would be majorly appreciated. Thank you!

I love this game as much as the next person, but the game is currently crashing on my everytime I tap the screen to start. I have only been able to get the daily rewards. Please fix this issue KLab.

this game is great, but at the moment it won't let me go past the loading screen? it shuts down as soon as i tap it, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times!

I really enjoyed this game but since yesterday it doesnt want to open and it keeps crashing I reeinstalled the app, reset my phone, everything but it just will not open. And it seems like other people are having this problem as well.

It keeps crashing at the log in page. I can't even get in. I've worked so hard on this recent event and now all my work is going to waste because I can't log in. The game is great and I would love to give it five stars but until the issue is fixed I won't. And if the issue isn't fixed I'll just have to uninstall the app

Catchy tunes and cute girls make this a good time waster, and unlike other gachapon-type games you don't actually need to burn money to do well. What I'd like though is the option to delete downloaded story data without having to delete everything else in order to free up space.

this game is addicting! But, sometimes there are problems with the servers. I just updated this on my phone/tablet and it'll force close on the title screen. (I just leveled up and am one challenge fes away from the SR please don't do this) EDIT: stopped crashing when i changed timezone to UTC. however, still doesnt change the fact that i missed the last event day and didnt get rin :(

This game is actually very addictive. It's literally the best game ever!! I would've rated it five stars, well, I have rated it five stars but I changed because if this little (BIG) problem. I'm not able to play Love Live when I rooted my phone, please fix this!

I dont know whats been happening but for the past 2 days, the app keeps crashing. It first happened after I finished a song for the Challenge festival, and now I cant get past the first screen with all the girls on it. I dont even know if I got my song rewards or ranked up like I as supposed to
