Why make it so easy then at 389 make the balls freeze all at the first of the game ? You have no chance to get past. 2 days same game err

I Hate games saying "new levels soon ''? I asked 9 weeks ago -- no reply / no new levels ? It was a fun game , time flew by & so did the levels. No HELP or Answers why ? I got 3 stars on 293 levels , No more levels -- No Reply -- so i Deleted Game No Choice -- Shame On You .

When you drop the monkeys it's not counting, level keeps going after you've dropped them all, you have to clear every ball to finish the level, so I'm stuck on level 459
