1980年代の伝説的アーケードゲーム「R-TYPE」のAndroid移殖版です。
横スクロールシューティングの金字塔を打ち立て、歴史にその名を残しました。

【特長】
・画面を埋め尽くす巨大戦艦や悪夢のような生体兵器など比類無き独特の世界観。
・「フォース」と呼ばれる自機から独立した兵器は、特徴的な三種類のレーザーを備え、自機とは分離／合体が可能。
・ショットのエネルギーを溜めて放つ「波動砲」は、貫通効果を持ち、どんな敵をも打ち倒します！
・操作はシンプル、「タッチモード」で直感的に自機の操作が可能です。
タッチしやすいようにボタンの位置を変えたり、画面比を変えて指でゲーム画面が隠れないようにプレイすることも可能です。
また、オプションの操作設定から、ボタン配置やサイズを変更することが可能です。
