Pokémon Shuffle Mobile for Android
Okay okay they've bugged me enough to write a review, I've been playing this game for months now without paying a cent, I am still progressing every day. This game is fun, it is addictive and yes it deserve to make money. I might eventually pay just for what they offered me not paying anything. They deserve download of you're a pokemon fan. All I can say.
Seriously such an amazing game. Easily my tip top favorite. You can play for hours. Unlike most match games where you only get so many lives and then have to wait until Christmas for them to regenerate, this game is constant. You get lives all the time and it's just so fun!
OMG! So awesome! I lost my phone and with help from customer service I was able to get my transfer number. All I had to do was email them. They will need your I'd number (Your player i.d number pops up on the top right side corner every time you start the game up). As long as you have that number you will always have your game.(screenshot it,it will save to Google photos, and as long as you have Google you will have that picture.)
I'm totally in love with Pokemon Shuffle. Weekly updates, gifts every once in a while and the Alolan Pokemon coming really soon. There's just one thing I do not like. The account recovery system, I mean... Generating a code in case of losing the game data is alright but the 30 days wait to generate a new transfer code is really long. Anything could happen. Also, why can we connect with Facebook and not recover the data from there? I hope this changes. 5 stars for sure!
Good to kill time in between waiting on your turns to refill. Type weaknesses and advantages aren't as complex as in the main games, but the puzzles do require some thinking and leveling up of your Pokémon as the game goes along. Weekend events are usually fun and for the most part the game doesn't shove "Buy this now!!!!!" at you a whole lot. Fun game, would recommend.
Love the idea of this game. Fun to play but almost instantly you are hit by that "pay to play" wall.... And when you do spend money I swear, it seems as if the game ramps up the difficulty.. I would much rather just pay an upfront price for a FULL GAME, especially for one with the potential fun of this game. *** PLEASE FIX ISSUE WITH SAMSUNG GALAXY S8+ SCREEN! ***
Love Pokemon so freaking much! Big fan of this game too! Has amazing features and gets so much better after each update! Definitely brings a new twist to Pokemon and I would say that this game caters to this generation! Pokemon lovers like me should definitely enjoy this game as much as I am! The puzzle perspective of the game is a very new concept but you can still capture Pokemon and build strong teams! I guess the only thing I would like to see is more types of Pokeballs, if that would be possible. Thx!!
This is a very great 3-match puzzle game. Even more if you like pokémon. It would be perfect if it wasn't for life gauge limit. It is way too low. Oh, some missions just make no sense. Those ones feel just like LP wasting.
This game is still being made! That's great! I do hope they'll make more main stages with unique Pokémon rather than repeated Pokémon, and maybe more unique special stages that worth catching its tough Pokémon! Edit : This game is still awesome, although it's hard to progress its stages due to the toughness... Anyways, it's still fun!
It's a really fun game that Pokemon fans would enjoy. The game keeps trying to make you spend money (stages are significantly easier if you use powerups), but it's not that hard to progress if you don't want to/can't afford to pay.
Pokémon Shuffle is a fun and exciting puzzle game and slot machine. Like most free to play games, it's chock full of mechanics to habituate players and encourage you to spend money. But if you can get past that it's a very fun and well-produced casual game, with nice long term progression.
I have loved pokemon since i was 2...meaning i have been an advid fan for about 16 and a half years now. I love this game! But what i hate is the events...they are very hard for first time people who think "i need that pokemon!!!!" And also the system of hearts is really stupid. There are other games like that, that i have downloaded, and i barely play them, and in some cases get rid of them. Get rid of hearts!! Just allow infinite playing, and also, event pokemon should show up in the main questline...but the one thing that needs to go, is the hearts.
Very addictive strategy type puzzler, social aspect of the game makes it work. It costs around 20,000 coins to get disposable upgrades for a hard stage which there are many and beating a stage results in 200 coins first time then 30 coins each time after so in that respect it's terrible
Superb game! .... could improve on the regeneration of hearts, 30mins is a bit long, 15mins would be nice ... Nice add-ons to the game... Hearts, a full heart sent by friends would be great!
This game is so much fun! The typings and abilities add a strategic element, and the Pokemon you can catch always switch out from time to time, enabling you to catch more. The only drawback is that each Pokemon does not have equal strategic value, and you will find yourself using some way more than others.
I like this game i just think that there should be a couple things different. Like if you pay coins on a level to play and lose you should get your money back. Same should be for the great balls. And if you win you shouldn't lose a life. Or if you have played the main stage and have beaten and caught, and go back to play you shouldn't lose a life. I say this cause I have baught great balls that are max and still didn't catch the pokemon. At max it should be caught
Fun to pass time. Can play for 10-15 mins before running out of plays, and you get a play every 20 mins or so. I haven't spent a dime in app, and I'm not swamped with ads. Been playing for months.
Great way to pass the time! The only thing I don't like is the fact that you use a heart whether you win or lose. I really wish you wouldn't lose a heart unless you lose the match. Other than that, absolutely amazing!
This game is super addicting. The only negative thing I have to say is that its more expensive than the 3ds version coins wise. Also a great multiplayer function where you could send coins to friends (but cap it to a certain about per day) would be amazing
I feel that the trigger rate of pokemon's skill need some tweaking, certain skills failed to trigger even though their level/rank is maxed. This happened frequently even with 5 matches of Pokemon which is supposed to be easier to trigger...am losing motivation due to this problem. This makes one wonder whether it is worth putting so much efforts into powering up the pokemons in question. Also need numeric indicator on the health bar to aid with strategy when battling tough pokemons, for example 10000/10000 to show their maximum health.
Lots of fun! Would like more info from the start though like how to earn jewels. Didn't know that was possible through choosing a card to complete until after I beat several levels
A good way to spend the time. Even better if you have a group of friends who can send you hearts. A lot of difficult stages, but that lets you explore other special levels and train for a while as well.
This game is awesome! Definitely no less entertaining than its 3ds counterpart. The only thing I could ask for is less waiting time! Half an hour is absurd! I'll give it 5 stars if it is reduced!
My only issue is that you lose a heart with every level you play. I feel like you should only lose a heart if you fail a level. I don't like only being able to play 5 games, or a few more if I get lucky and get some extra hearts. Other than that it's great!
I love it! It'd awesome! My phone messed up so I had to reset it and lost my data. I tried to transfer it back but I don't know my client id...please help me.
I thoroughly enjoy this game. Tis a bunch of fun, it reminds me of the style and nostalgia of the original Pokemon games (even if it is slightly a game of chance) I thought I would get tired of it afterwhile, but i really haven't. :))
Save everything you get till the upper levels. It's soon much fun xD so addicted that I log in when only 1 heart covers. Problem, you almost have to spend money if if you don't want to rage quit from the frustration of replaying difficult levels because of under leveled Pokémon or bad combinations. ***update So I had to reinstall the app to get it to work. Lost all my data. Still play it but I had to start fresh. Put a lot of money into with nothing to show...addiction. Have to call...hopefully they can at least at least give me what lost as far as what I bought with my "real" money on account of the game currupting on me...which it shouldn't. It's an app game. Not my fault.
Puts too much emphasis on buying gems to do more impressive things. That equals a drop in the fun, because I can't earn a gem, I have to pay for it. With an ever decreasing chance to catch Pokemon and gold taking forever to earn, I am hesitant to waste that on anything from power ups to great balls, as it only slightly improves the gameplay.
Been playing for a while now and it's still very challenging! A lot of strategy and prep is required for the more difficult levels and I keep on playing!
Fun puzzle game with challenges. The only drawback I have is the hearts system. In other games you lose a heart only if you die. This game take a heart just for playing a level. Can make playtime very short.
It's fun and addictive but the items are too pricey. You'll run out of money first even before you earn it when using items. I hope there will be more jewel rewards cause it's so hard to earn them. I hope there will be an offline feature in the future.
Though it was Candy crush that turned the puzzle genre into an objective puzzle game, Pokemon Shuffle has its more x with typings, battled, andk even puzzles. Its micro transactions end up being a small yet optional approach for those that want a serious commitments to getting that one pokemon. It is both for one player and versus other players via high score, just like tetris in its own form
Great game. Some levels are near impossible to beat without spending money but very few of those. Free items given now and again and regular upgrades.
Been playing since release and although I lost my save file due to a motherboard failure, I still love this game! Shame you can't play your save on multiple devices!
This game is a very good pass time, the simplicity of the mechanics belay how hard Pokémon shuffle can become. The biggest problems are: First the difficulty spike after stage 150. Second it's an uphill battle to catch powerful Pokémon because it requires strong Pokémon to acquire strong Pokémon. And third the heart system, after you finish the tutorial you have some Pokémon and five hearts you use a heart by attempting almost every stage of which there are hundreds regardless of whether you win or lose. But beyond that, Pokémon shuffle is very satisfying and fun once you get into the swing, and the developers seem diligent in keeping this game from stagnating by constantly introducing new events, main/expert stages, Pokémon, and mechanics! I'm quite happy with this game as a pass time, but if you want a game you can binge you will most likely be disappointed with Pokémon shuffle
I am addicted to this game! I play it everyday! My favorite part is the expert levels. Totally recommend! Waaay better than Pokemon Go!
This game is amazing but just one thing, I was battling gigalith and when it went to max catch rate it didn't catch. Plz fix! I still love the tho ^_^
After losing all my save data i started again and am almost back to where i was. :) UPDATE: I'm even further than I was when I first started this game and I'm still loving it!
In recent weeks things have slowed right down. The "communicating" screen opens up and sometimes sits there for as long as a couple of minutes.

Ok you guys definitely improved with mega stones but now it's impossible to rank in competitions without spending money! And cards haven't been updated in forever so forget getting anything to help from there. I love this game. I do spend money from time to time but I shouldn't have to. People are just paying to win. That's not what Pokémon is about.
