新たな敵、アイテムが登場します。

大きい毛虫の見た目が、より気持ち悪く(？)なっています。

ゲームモードが3つから選べます。

通常モードに加え、無敵モード、サドンデスが楽しめます。

無敵モードは無敵になれる真珠を取りつないでいくモードで、毛虫をやっつける快感が楽しめます。サドンデスは実力重視モードです。

緑の毛虫で他の毛虫に当たったときに跳ね返るのか、押すのかが、色により区別可能になりました(区別のため、青い毛虫が新たに登場)。

曲はおばちゃんのデビュー作、元祖おばちゃんと毛虫で使用している曲のアレンジ曲で2パターンから選べます。

大きな毛虫が死ぬときには、目が×になって、より倒し甲斐が出ました。
