◆Android6.0に関して◆
2015年10月より一部端末にてアップデートが始まっております「Android6.0」につきまして、
現在「Android6.0」への対応について調査を行っておりますが、
現時点では正式バージョンの「Android6.0」への動作保証は完了しておりません。

対応完了時にはご案内させて頂きますので、
それまではOSのアップデートをお控えくださいます様、お願いいたします。

Android6.0以上へ更新後、データが消えたお客さまへ

Android6.0以上の特徴として、各アプリで使用する各種権限を
各アプリごとに有効にしていただく必要がございます。
弊社にて調査、検証を行いましたところ、以下の手順でデータが復旧する可能性がございます。
なお、新しく作成されたデータは削除されますのでご注意ください。

【手順】
1.「さわって！ぐでたま」のアプリを終了させます。 ※1
2.端末側にて、「設定」＞「アプリ」＞「さわって！ぐでたま」を選択します。
3.アプリ情報が表示されますので、「許可」を選択し、ストレージを有効にします。 ※2
4.アプリを起動します。

※1 手順2～4については、必ずアプリを終了させた状態で行ってください。
※2 画面右端のスライドボタンが緑色になっていれば有効になっています。

今後も、Android6.0以上での動作確認を続けてまいります。
