Full featured free Go playing game with strongest AI. It's even stronger than most of the paid apps. Settings are allowed to be changed during a game so it's quite easy to change players between AI and human on both sides and/or change strength of AI. That means you can swap sides easily too. I own it's paid version and learned that 2D is about 2 stones weaker compared to 5D of the paid version. To ease your mind, 5D thinks about 30 times longer than 2D. Premium feature analysis is helpful because it shows how AI would play on each move of both sides. It also shows the rate of winning after each move.

Haven't been able to pay a game yet. As soon as I touch where I want to place a stone the board zooms in then won't zoom out again so that I can see the whole board?

I would love to give a higher overall rating to this app as it plays Go very well, but unfortunately it totally messes up file associations. For example it tries to open emails and PDFs that it in fact can not open. Please fix this.

Just like the older Crazy Stone this app has a really good User Interface and the playingstrength has increased a lot. Instead of levels you can choose playing strength of computer in kyu or dan rating. Very Good!

This is a great game with very strong AI, I am 1d on OGS for reference.

Tough compared to other apps assuming equal level

I played an 8k game, and the AI let me run my ladder out into my alive group and then it just ended up resigning after the obvious mistake. Definitely not something an 8k would do. I don't expect myself to easily beat an SDK level since I was ~11-12k OGS, but something's a bit off here. Everything else about the app seems nice however.
