Combine additive and oil. Go to details. Then shake up your phone. Then got to generator hit red botton. Then go to circuit board

Can anyone tell me how to get out of the second room. I did everything already. I even solved the puzzle. And I think I found everything. I still have the screw driver and gallon. Is there anything else I'm missing? Idk what to do with the circuit panel. What's the next step?

Having FC issue with color bar panel in power room. FCs every time when moving bars from right to left. Otherwise a fantastic game!
