GT6 Track Path Editor

Ever since I was a kid, I drew my own race tracks. Now I get to actually race on them. Only issue (and it's a big one) is that it will either delete a track or delete them all. Please fix, otherwise 5 stars!

Easy to use but sadly limited in what you can create. You can't create very sharp turns so all your tracks are going to be like sweeping country roads. Fun for a bit but you'll soon wish you could create something a bit more technical.

The import function now works, but still no GPS data or example image functionality. I would also love to see elevation adjustment implemented. A PC version of this would be better yet.

When a big brand name moves vital functions out of a software application into a separet hardware plattform with very unsecure and suspicious logins, you start too wonder what e-sport bussnies they are corruoted by, selling as much new junk technology to user until we loose control how much e-waste a small little car game ACCTUALLY produce. GT5 Had this included, but GT6 wanted to farm you life much more, hope Grand Turismo Sport dosen't demand all this extra short lifetime hardware to have a nice eccology driving experience.

I'll give it 5 stars if you can add more options like, more tracks, a jump/ramp option and something that you can make more than 30 tracks, like 100 or more tracks. A good app, it just needs more options.

It is a very good app but my only complaint about it is you cant put your own elevations in so its a guessing game on what the track will be like

I'm so Looking forward to PS EXCLUSIVES, ahem, like GT7! Nexus 7, GT6 PS3, 50mil. game credits. Mikerosoft2004 if you ever wanna race. Woot. But I also totally agree with some of the other comments here, being a track editor is the likes of which we've seen in PS1 Rally Cross 2 days; and then if GPS was implemented so that we could actually make a track out of our own city streets, or the daily commute to work driving route, would be way cool way awesome.

I love this application very and like to challenge corner. Hope can have track width 1.5m and also take out the green field (which is not racing track) so that player can set up more sharp corner which is more challenge than 31R. Expecting to have more whether choose like Snow day. Expecting can have more corner per track to be set (currectly have limit of quantity). Wish to have Road safety barrier. If we can directly convert the data from Google maps will be more exciting which player can challenge all kind of road they found everyday. Hope to see next level of GT6 Track Path Editor soon. I like that I can build tracks. It really adds to GT 6. It's just a pain to use at first. I am gradually getting better, but there is a major learning curve with this!

Works just like it should but could use more areas to build tracks on and better track options like inclines/declines not to the point where your car goes flying across the screen or does a massive drop just enough to make courses like Laguna seca, bridges,tunnels, other objects that can be placed besidearound track for example Lighting for night time courses just other stuff like that would make this app perfect

The track editor does have it's limitations. Main straight is 600M and can't be shortened. Can't lay corners close to an existing straight. Needs a bridge option too. We have waited so long for this promised track creator, so rather disappointed in what we got. You can create custom tracks so as far as Sony is concerned they have delivered. Compared to the effort they go to in the game, this is a rather shabby attempt at an editor. Don't expect this app to be updated. It is what it is unfortunately.

The gosh darn track limit is killing me. Why create a huge environment only to find out you can only use a a quarter of it (Mainly Eifel). Also, does anyone know how to make a jump track?

Good, could be better. My main problem is getting the scale of the tracks correct (always too big). Please add a way to scale the track up or down after creating it.

When I go to transfer my track, it takes me to the web browser to sign in to my account. The part that makes this bad is that... the editor closes about 4 times after signing in. So my account is not linked and it happens over and over again. Fix.

I like the tracks that you create but it don't have dirt tracks. If they had dirt I would give it 5 stars.

I created a desert course in minutes and raced it. It throws in some detail that you can customize or add to as you see fit. Fun!

The idea is cute. Execution is lacking. App only works with most current tablet OS. Zero smartphone compatibility. PD screwed the pooch by not making this an in-game feature. Guess what Kaz, not everyone that plays gt6 has a tablet, let alone one that supports this latest gt6 failure.

What a lame attempt at a track editor. Kaz should go check what kind of track editor has Mod Nation Racers... and learn from them! Difficult to use, not immediate, options are very limited, you cannot preview your track until you transfer it to the actual game. Is this what we were waiting for years?

Worked once after I installed,  in that I was able to import a picture,  create my track,  and import/test drive my track.  Now will no longer import pictures or even gps info.  Have both reset the data on the app and tried reinstalling to no avail.  On a nvidia shield tablet running 5.0.1 On another note,  need to be able to modify the size of the home straight as well as be able to put pit Lane on the opposite size Otherwise,  really cool app with a lot of potential,  and hope it continues with GT7

KML import is broken. You have to convert to GPX before importing. You can't sign in after designing a track, so you have to uninstall, sign-in, convert your KML to GPX, then redesign your track. And once you finally get all that done, your transfer fails because you didn't have GT6 running the course loader. So you start GT6 and restart the app, hope that you're still signed-in, and if you're lucky, the transfer works. This app is a great idea. Just horribly executed. If there was an option for 0 starts, this app would get it.

Update: turns out the signin bug is caused by the PlayStation app. Uninstsll that and this app works ok. PD take nearly two years to write it and it doesn't work. Get "You have successfully signed in. Return to the previous application to continue." when logging in. When you go back it says "Unable to sign in". Also tried to email but the address given below is restricted.

This is still work in progress it seems. And it has irked alot of people that do no have a tablet to edit or create their own track. However I am trying to use Bluestack with it, and it seems promising. Will keep you guys posted.

I have ps app for ps3 ps4 tablet phone used for remote log in second screen party msg all work perfectly. Gt6 app works until attempting to transfer tracks app kicks to psn log in sony says successful log in back to app, app says failed to log in.?!? WTF! Seriously fix and notify once corrected then try again two thumbs down team add got working able to log in, transfer, app is great ohh wait same malfunction again ref beginning of post unistall reinstall try again lol this sucks

If it wasn't all ready late and bad, Now after the update its horrible can't even make jumps now .I have been playing GT since day 1 and one thing you can count on poly for and that's to be late and release a product that is bad for even beta .And second to make things worse with every update......it's a shame there ruining the people's faith in them and the game project cars seems to be the new gran truismo of the future sorry poly but you all blew it with me for the last time your not able to create a working driving game with out several defects and un able to keep your word..those are deal breakers
