Q.初回起動時のデータダウンロードが途中から進まない
A.一部機種では、性能上の問題によりダウンロード済みデータの展開に時間を要するため、途中で止まったように見受けられるケースがございます。

内部ストレージの総容量が4GB以上ある機種については、一度内部ストレージのデータを外部ストレージに移動、または削除いただき、1.7GB以上の空き容量を確保した上で、再度ダウンロードをお試しください。

Q.アプリの演出やサウンドが正しく再生されない
A.以下の内容をお試しください。

・[設定] > [アプリケーション] > [アプリケーションの管理]より、起動しているアプリの強制停止を行う
・アプリタイトル画面より「データファイルチェック」を行う
・スマートフォンの再起動、またはキャッシュのクリアを行う
