無料でずっと遊べる新しいスマートフォンスロットアプリです。

Q.外部ストレージの空き容量が充分あるのに、ダウンロードが出来ない
A.お使いの機種によっては、内部ストレージ内に仮想外部ストレージが設定され、そちらに全アプリデータを保存する場合がございます。
内部ストレージの総容量が4GB以上ある機種については、仮想外部ストレージが設定されている可能性がございますので、一度内部ストレージのデータを外部ストレージに移動、または削除いただき、1.4GB以上の空き容量を確保した上で、再度ダウンロードをお試しください。

Q.エラーコード（例：498）が表示され、ダウンロードが出来ない
A.ストレージ（内部・外部）の空き容量不足、またはサーバ混雑の可能性がございますので、不要なデータをできる限り移動または削除して空き容量（1.4GB以上）を確保の上、端末再起動後、時間を置いて再度お試しください。
症状が改善されない場合は、お手数ですがGoogle Playの「ヘルプ（「Playストア」アプリ起動中にメニューキーで表示）」へ、エラーコードを明記の上お問い合わせください。

Q.ダウンロードが「待機中」の状態から進まない
A.ダウンロード時に表示される「Wi-Fi使用時にのみダウンロード」にチェックを入れた状態で、Wi-Fi以外の通信を行った場合に発生します。
一旦ダウンロードを中止し、別のWi-Fi回線への接続をお試しいただくか、チェックを外し、別の通信手段（3G回線等）からのダウンロードをお試しください。

Q.起動中にアプリが強制終了し、プレイ出来ない
A.インストール時に問題が生じた可能性がございますので、まずは以下の内容をお試しください。
・スマートフォンの再起動、またはキャッシュのクリアを行う
・アプリのアンインストールおよび再インストールを行う

Q.アプリの演出やサウンドが正しく再生されない
A.以下の内容をお試しください。
・[設定] > [アプリケーション] > [アプリケーションの管理]より、起動しているアプリの強制停止を行う
・スマートフォンの再起動、またはキャッシュのクリアを行う
・アプリのアンインストールおよび再インストールを行う

なお、「OSのアップデート」により症状が改善される場合もございますが、機種によっては症状が重くなったり、新たな症状が発生する恐れもございます。
OSのアップデートに伴うトラブルについては弊社で一切責任を負いかねますので、実施につきましてはお客様ご自身の判断にてお願い致します。

Q.問い合わせの返事が来ない
A.サポート窓口の営業時間は、年末年始をのぞく「10：00～13：00、14:00～18:00」となります。
