How to play a Tic-Tac-Toe game ?

Tic-Tac-Toe game is played on a grid that is 3 spaces by 3 spaces like the following diagram:

[ ][ ][ ]

Star and Moon take turns to put their marks into space like the following diagram:

[ ][ ][ ]
[ ][*][ ]
[ ][ ][ ]

or wherever you want to put into.

How can I win at Tic-Tac-Toe game?

If one of two players gets 3 of her/his marks in a row, the player win the game.

For example:

[ ][*][ ]
[ ][ ][*]
* wins

[<][<][<]
[*][*][ ]
[*][*][ ]

< wins

If the grid is full of marks, but nobody gets 3 of her/his marks in a row. The game ends in a tie.
