Helicopter Sim

As a helicopter guy I like the direction you are going but you need more helicopters, the ah-1z viper, uh-1z venom, h-53 super stallion, or even a tilt rotor v-22 osprey would all be nice. Maybe add some dust off missions or a gun run mission. Thank you guys I love all your flight sims so far, just make this one a great flight sim

Wish I would have downloaded it sooner. Is it difficult to play? Yes. if you're looking for an arcade shooter, this isn't the game for you. Looking for something more like a sim, this is the one. Very nice graphics. I hope they continue to support this game, I know it's been out a while, but it's getting hard to find really engaging games such as this. A+

It was great, nice graphics and very detailed. Although as a simulator, it needs improvement. One in particular is that a little scrape on the ground will blow up your helicopter entirely. Why? Can't there just be a little spark or something? Even when landing, even when going down at a decent space it will still explode. Please fix. Thanks!

The game play is awesome. It just needs some updating on specifics. The aircraft is not a SH-60B. 'Bravos' main mission is anti-submarine warfare. The tail wheel is not on the very back of the tail cone and it doesn't have two cabin side doors, among other details. This a/c is most likely similar to a MH-60S or some sort of black hawk. Other than going 200+ knots which is unrealistic for this airframe, its a pretty good SIM. Needs more aircalraft!!

The only problem with this simulator is that there is only one helicopter and one Island. Wonderful game though, and I love it, but it need more flexibility. So, spend your money if you just want a few hours of great fun. Even if you download all the scenario and complete them you'll have nothing else. You could probably finish the game in one setting. My only request is that RORTO add more Choppers and islands.

It kicks me out every 2 minutes, a pointless add keeps popping up and it kicked me out IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIRST MISSION

Really really enjoy it. but I would like to see a hover mode or something. when you go to land it does bring a realistic factor of "hot thermals" which in turn causes you not to land, on real life. But since this is a game I would like landing to be a bit better, instead of a harsh landing all of a sudden. And maybe a gun in front like under the fuselage towards the nose kind of like the Apache has because using a side turret is kind of difficult when you're trying to do a strafe run in a helicopter. Thanks a million great game.

Very very well done game, I find myself thinking "I cant wait to play"! My ONLY complaint is I wish there were more birds and maybe a mission creator like in fighters. Other than that I definitely suggest this one!

The fact you can't invert the helicopter shows how arcady this is firm the start. I thought I'd be playing a simulation like in extreme landings but this failed to live up to that level of simulation and fun both of which I thought were lacking. Challenges and missions felt monotonous and game mechanics for the challenges were left to be discovered rather than clearly explained. Needs work.

Need to offer a selection of different helicopter platforms and maybe try and smooth out the transition from forward flight to the hover or just simply reducing speed,as this results in a jerky action which bleeds off too much airspeed. But apart from these gripes,I very much enjoyed the game. Very addictive and one of the better helicopter sims.

Awesome game!! I appreciate the challenge. I do wish there were more aircraft. I've been playing the free version and have been very close to buying the full version, but what holds me back is that there's no evidence that the are more Helicopters to choose from. But nonetheless, great game!!! I have enjoyed it very much.

Its fun and pretty well done for a Phone app. However the last star I cant give because of the pop up adds in the main menu. It keeps restarting the game. I cant close the pop up adds because they literally pop up for a fraction of a second and before I can click it to close the app im already being restarted as if I just clicked on the app to start playing.. its annoying cause I have to rush to click things just to play it...

It's been version 1.1 for more than a year. The controls need to be more precise and not 229 kts forward 31 kts back, the orbit mode needs to be fixed, the gun laser needs to be there always when in gun mode, needs strafe WITHOUT yaw, etc. Too many problems to be really fun. It's not a realistic game, yet. FIIIIIX IIIIIT. NOW.

Flying the gunship it's more difficult than fighter jets. I can't barely manage to fly, while using weapons at the same time. But i know the techniques. And also you only one gunship to takeoff the sky. Would you better add, UH-60, UH-A1, Z-10, MI-24 Hind, AH-1W Super Cobra, RAH-66 Comanche, AH-64 Apache, KA-50 White Shark, and more.

Graphics are not plotted well when using zoom target button at level 5 and also in 4. Helicopter suddenly moves away miles from target when in zoom mode within seconds. Other than that game is very good.

Hey you did a great job with this game there only one thing with the game i have noticed so far and that it when you click on your manual aim if you are not absolutely stopped the. Helicopter will continue to move around and crash into things. Good job

RORTOS IS LOVE, RORTOS IS LIFE. however, one thing wrong is a bug that I found.I had the left rudder petal pushed down and the help pop up thing popped up. Well, when I closed it the pedal was stuck and put the heli in a spin. Nothing could stop it to.

Could be a very good to great game,problem is with controls. They Are very buggy and somewhat laggy even running on wi fi not 3ft away. Im not saying dont give it a try, just needs some work. Hope to see it get fixed "could be a fantastic heli flight combat sim.".

I always wanted Rortos to make a helicopter simulator, but now that its here, I have to say I'm disappointed. There just isn't enough variety in the game. Simply one helicopter that you fly on mostly the same missions. More content is definitely needed. That doesn't mean its a bad game, but you'll be done with it pretty fast. Where's all the attack helicopters? What about dogfights with enemy attack helicopters? This can be expanded upon in so many ways.

I have downloaded this Sim many times and would always uninstall because it seemed too difficult. This time I'm sticking with the program and I love it. Highly recommended. Download now!

Excellent landscape detail, missions are quite challenging. I absolutely LOVE the music to the game, it's really dramatic. I've paid for the extra scenarios & am glad I did. Just wish there were more helicopters to fly.

There are only 6 missions while others are challenges, became boring as soon as I finished the 6 missions. And there's only one chopper, BlackHawk, u have to buy the other packages.

Compare to all other helo sims, this sim is the only one to offer near-accurate controls with collective and all, and the missions challenges your helo controlling skills. However, need more chalenges as there are only repetitive challenges in every level.

this game has nothing to do with fun. u cannot land at all. it doesn't teach u and as I try to land my helio just crashes even when I'm going really slow I touch the landing strip andni die. I hate all the games made by u guys really have lots of bugs and hard controls from all the games that belong to rortos

Too much lazy running... game stops during the mission then a little start then stop.... pls fix this i am using samsung galaxy grand prime............ otherwise the game is superb

It's a good game, with good graphics and all. Every time I kill the enemy it doesn't register tho.

Graphics good but boring for free version needs improvement. Stick and pedals not integrated. Physics not really sure and is very frustrating maneuvering, too many ads.

Like many of their games, this is a close interface representation of "simulator" while being a fun "game." As a helicopter pilot, its fun to mess around with a little simulator action app while not being depressed by cheesy games like many out there with the cool apache. The Seahawk is a fine US Navy helicopter, fit for its own sim! Still, I prefer Gunship III as the most realistic helo app out there.

The flight controls are to sloppy and hard to use effectively; to hit any thing accurately with the machine gun is next to impossible.

Once you get the hang of the controls and stop trying to fly it like a helicopter it is amazingly addictive. The bad guys are as difficult to kill and the sound of their rounds impacting the airframe is a bit too chilling. It's too easy to have a CFIT event when trying to aim the gun. An excellent game!

Would love to play it but it only loads to the first bit ,plays a tune, then it just goes back to my home screen??

No checkpoints are you kidding me? Controls need to be upgraded tilt is cool but ridiculously frustrating to work with, major design flaw there.

I only have one commend.. can you Pls. Fix the jerky uncontrollable landings.. it's too sensitive when it touches the ground or carrier.. thats the only problem though it is a very good game..

I understand the app has had one update, but there is loads of room for improvement. The orbit mode is unreliable, most helicopters cannot reach 200 knots, the yaw camera follows movement, and there is no strafe because it's set up to combine with rudder. Worst of all, the accelerometer controls (for whatever reason) need huge changes in input for anything to happen: e.g., when dropping out of 229 kts, you have to pull back as to reverse, not ease controls around. Need fixes!! Great concept, though.
