Should have option to turn the music off, and maybe a different sound when hitting the wrong card, otherwise ok

Can"t hit a button to simply start a new game. Must go to a different screen to load high score. I want my high score tracked, but don't need to visit the high scores screen at the end of each round. Graphics terrible. Just kind of a pain.
