Why must you pay for the first 20 levels and again for the rest? Otherwise my kids like it

My kid loves it. Well worth the money for the hours of play. He really got the hang of the programming and had a lot of fun. One suggestion would be the option to slow down the program execution or be able to manually step through. There were times when I wanted to explain the logic of the more complex steps, but they went by too quickly.
