It's a bit rough around the edges--like that annoying flicker when drawing the path--but it's a unique, simple concept that can produce complex outcomes. If you improved on the aesthetics, in the same way that Aurulux is simple but beautiful, and added a way to "unlock" things (not sure what, maybe add the concept of elements of different densities) this would become quite popular.
