Future version may also have some Arabic-English picture so as to learn both languages and relate them.

Not what i was looking for what would make it better is when they select the colour she says the colour and the brush eraser etc. So that they can learn more insha allah. If you made that change then it would be a keeper but i already have apps which do the pic with alphabet so it would be a really good app if each button was spoken
