ここは魔物と人間が住む世界。
力を持たない人間は魔物に襲われ、
怯えながら静かに日々をすごしていた。

魔物の中でも知能の高い「竜族」。
その竜族と力をあわせ、魔物を撃退する
「ドラゴンウォーリア」と呼ばれる
戦士達が居るらしい。

しかし、竜族の力を借りるのは
並大抵なことではない。
強い精神を持たなければ、
竜族の持つ力に飲み込まれてしまう。

それゆえ力とは無縁に暮らす人々も少なくない。
静かな村「フラジット」に住む少年リオンは
体の弱い母の世話をしながら、
毎日を平和に過ごしていた。
