The story:

Humanity Must Perish is a Visual Novel with a single choice to determine the ending.

As an android whose sole purpose is to save planet Earth from destruction at the hands of mankind, Kyuu minces no words as she announces her plans to extinguish the human race.

For the sake of preserving planet Earth, humanity must perish. Failing that, mankind must be enslaved. Those are the only two options, and if Kyuu has her way, the former will soon become a reality.

Before she can do so, however, her creator makes a proposition: Kyuu will spend one day among regular, everyday human beings, judging for herself whether they are capable of meaningful change or not.

Kyuu accepts this proposition, and thus sets out into the world for the first time, coming face to face with a variety of odd individuals as she decides the fate of mankind.

Will Kyuu's colorful encounters show her the good in human society? Or will the bizarre antics of those who she meets reaffirm her belief that mankind must be destroyed?

Whatever her decision may be, the impressions Kyuu leaves on those she meets won't soon be forgotten. She is a harsh critic, and for a race as flawed as mankind, her observations and misunderstandings will be boundless.

In total, i really loved it, but you missed opportunity to make more choices, leading to different experiences. IE.; batting the dog away, agreeing to burn the school, killing the delinquent and the noble, going to different stores in the mall and different meeting people. In all forms, i have played many visual novels and i can inform you that of all of them, this has the best potential to be more amazing if youd have added more choices. I loved it because it was entertaining, hilarious, and adorable with lovable characters, and a hilarious main character with a good plot. You guys clearly have it in the bag with this. Sincerely, Me

It was VERY short yet entertaining and there's really nothing I can complain about here. Music felt cyberpunk-ish. I thought I was playing the original Deus Ex when I was listening to that. Btw selling a physical disc after buying it is actually illegal and is just like piracy. You're not given the ownership of the game when you buy it, only the license. If only you could tell that to Kyuu's DQ buddy. I was hoping for her to at least try to extend the time frame to 2 days but thats about it. Good NV overall.

by U####:

As others have said, this is a pretty short visual novel, but a wonderful way to pass two to three hours. The premise is really interesting, and the story and characters don't disappoint. I was genuinely intrigued by the situations Kyuu found herself in and anticipated seeing how each character would react to her demeanor and vice versa. The dialogue is realistic and witty, the art is adorable yet still appropriate for the genre, and the background music sets the atmosphere without being overwhelming. I definitely recommend this for anyone who's interested in sci-fi or just looking for a fun story.

It was very short, but it was interesting. I quite enjoyed it, and I hope there would be more. There doesn't have to be though, cause the story ended at a pretty good place, but it would still be cool if it continued.

by U####:

The story was very entertaining and quite realistic and the addition of side tabs with information was very useful as it saved me from quitting the game and searching for the meaning of certain words or continuing to read aimlessly not understanding the story. The art helped create the atmosphere which somewhat made the story even more appealing, the music was easy on the ears and the graphics had an oddly calming aesthetic. I only wished there were more choices which would give more time for character development to fully involve the reader to have their desicion swayed by their expreince with the characters instead of just choosing each option for each route.

U70%
by U####:

This story was extremely boring. You went in WAY too much detail with most things, but the artwork was extremely well done. Nevertheless, I hated this visual novel. There is only two choices to make in the ENTIRE game! It would be WAY better if there was actually an EPILOUGE before the credits, explaining what happened after your crummy choice. The city goes to no detail other than "ooh, robots have taken most of humans jobs and play a role in being maids, oooh!" Which has almost no effect whatsoever. The dialogue was repetitive and boring. I could go on and on and on, but lemme sum it up: INCREASE CHOICES, DECREASE UNNECESSARY DETAIL!

It was awesome but... If both endings are very interesting it would be better if it wasn't just a choice in the end between both of the endings. Maybe better if we could choose reaction some times, and then discover the ending we got with these choices

Very interesting concept, and very real, too. The two endings feel very accurate in their own way. Well-written story and interesting characters and situations. A good example of how even the simplest games can be deeply thought-provoking. Kudos to the developers!

Short and you should have given more depth to the Gerochan character. Also conveys a very immature teenage tier moral.

I absolutely enjoyed this game! The artwork is beautiful and it has an amazing storyline. Although it was kind of short, I enjoyed it. I think a lesson can be taught for everyone. I haven't got much to say since to say since I'm lost at words. But again, amazing game. Keep making beautiful visual novels developer! I recommend Humanity Must Perish to anyone who want to feel inspired or emotional.

Very short. Takes about 1/2 hr to go through story. At the end you can get 2 different endings and that's it. Learn a lot of computer terminology too. Also no ads. Just wish it was longer. But interesting nonetheless. Definitely worth downloading and reading.... even if it's only 1/2 hr or so. Please let us know when there are more chapters!

It was an awesome short experience but I feel like it would have been more fun if I could interact more. I'm happy it had information because most games don't have that so it was A LOT easier to understand. The graphics were enjoyable and the storyline was very funny (caught me off guard in some parts). I only rate 4 stars though because like I mentioned before, I wish I could interact with it more. I also do not understand why it's so large when you barely interact in it. Love it overall though. (Edit: I just realized this was NOT a large app, I just had a brain fart my apologies)

Actually, I agree, Humanity Should Perish. Although, I would try a reboot first i.e. kill the unworthy untill there is 40 million worthy left. Then try again with only the best humanity has to offer, again, those 40 million.

It's a great, pretty funny graphic novel, but yes, it's a bit short. It's full of potential, though; maybe a Humanity Must Perish 2 is in order?

I personally think it was an amazing game. The art style was polished and although short, the story was interesting and made sense. I would have preferred perhaps we were given more options or time, say kyuu gets infactuated with a humans actions leading to a branch path with more diverse endings. Much room for improvement but altogether good

It was fun . The graphics was good too . But there could've been more choices which altered the story a bit more . I am fine with being short though , it still shows a great story within the time and doesn't drag on for too long . This game has a great potential and as others said , would have been better with different endings

I loved the story, the devs did a good job, the story for me did its job getting me invested and feel emotions like a story should, and whats more you can complete the whole story free, it nice and short, and and it leaves you or for at least me wanting to see more but is good where it is now.
