game still needs work. Too slow and poor movement. But ok prototype

Would make a wonderful joke, but I'm not sure if it is. If this isn't a joke, then it's bad. It doesn't even follow NES limitations, with terrible graphics and small things like coins that move around like sprites(which the NES can't have much at once). Everything, including the spelling and controls, look like they were done by an autistic child.
