v1.3: Adding new AI Caligula. A sneaky guy who waits patiently to stab its enemies at the right time. Significantly heavier in terms of processing. A few bug fixes.

Not authentic. I placed my 3 armies in one territory and suddenly, I had armies all over the place. Then, some of the AI players were allowed to have territories with zero armies in place.
