Poor user experience: Constant interruption between throws in the field. Stop pestering after each shot and just reset so I can throw again. I will go back to the main menu when I'm ready. Non-functional features: It says you can "buy" a disc for free by watching an ad; however, when clicking on view nothing happens, so I'm stuck with the one disc. Still no explanation for what the various stats do. "Power" is easy enough to intuit, more power = more distance. But what about "Technique?" I took several shots at empty and max technique and noticed 0 difference between the shots. What about "Putting?" Does a higher ranking in "Putting" mean the game smears less flubber on the chains? That would be nice. I'm struggling to justify the existence of this app. On the one hand, I get that it's a free version that lets people get a taste of the game without having to spend money, but it's such a bad taste that I can only see it turning people off of the game entirely. If you've read this far and you like disc golf, just skip this and go buy the Disc Golf Game. It's fun to play, a great way to kill some time between class, and is the best disc golf game currently in the app store.
