Tap My Katamari - Idle Clicker

I just wish the text for the King of All Cosmos's appearances were filtered to be consistent with your progress in the game. For example, I've already passed Stage 50, but the King still reminds me He'll give me a Star Token when I reach 50. Another example, I haven't reached 500 yet so I don't yet have the option to give my Katamari to the King to turn it into a star, but that tip is probably the one I see the most.

I think it's pretty good, I got a lot of enjoyment out of it, and trying to keep ahead of my younger sister's Katamari stage level was fun. But I'm sad to say that I can't really continue playing, because I got a new phone, and from what it seems I can't transfer my data.. I don't find it worth it to try and get hours of progress back. I hope this feature will be added eventually. Maybe I'm just missing something?

This game is very addictive, easy to collect gold, cousin leveling is a bit tedious but well worth it. Collecting candy could be easier... permanent cousins need to be easier attainable. Hate having to reach level 600 with prince to exchange my katamari for such a little amount of stars for so much work.. good game though. Keeps me entertained for hours

Captures the spirit of the Katamari games beautifully! My only gripe is the lack of music choices, there's only four or five songs to pick from, and they're all fairly short. I'd love to see some of the tracks from the older Katamari games make an appearance ("Everlasting Love" from We Love Katamari is my favorite, if Namco is reading this and feeling generous!)

When I found out there was a Katamari Damacy app game I freaked. They were one of my favorite games growing up. The game brings back the classic adorable cast of characters mixed with some new ones for a tap-tastic little game. The music is both nostalgic and new and everything about this game is adorable and fun, just like the old ones. (If you're reading this Namco I'd love a remade Katamari Damacy for the Playstation 4 or even the switch or whatever you want I just want another Katamari for a console). My only complaint is the game can be laggy sometimes, where it doesn't load the music or the cousins or the Katamari itself. Otherwise fantastic game guys. I love it.

Am I missing something? I was excited to see a Katamari game for android, but you're literally just tapping. Tap anywhere on the screen repeatedly to make the katamari roll and...that's it. Visually it's nice, and the music seems alright, but in terms of gameplay I can't imagine anything more boring.

I've loved the Katamari series ever since Katamari Damacy, and this game sent me rolling into nostalgia. The gameplay is, in the most basic description, spamtapping, but the 'Mojo' powers of the Cousins and the Prince's specials do change it up. The game does seem quite balanced between the purchasable bonuses and coins/candy earned and you really don't need to spend a cent. Oh! You can't forget the music, including great remixes of Katamari on the Swing and Lonely Rolling Star.

Very addictive, the paid currency in the game is easily obtainable and very fair; you can progress fairly easily in the game without spending a dime. As far as gameplay goes, look no further if you're interested in an idle game to pass the time... I'd even consider this game better than the OG cookie clicker.

SO MANY NOTIFICATIONS. Like one is good, if I want to play the game I'll play it. This game brings nothing new to the table as far as clickers go. Gives you probably a half dozen or so notifications every time you close the game. Just really annoying. Music was cool tho.

I love Katamari games so this is great for me, it's a really fun time sink. My only complaint is that sometimes the game locks up after it gets done playing an ad, and I don't get the double coins or reward.

It's not like the original series, but it contains references that a fan would appreciate. It's actually a pretty well made clicker game, and you can be sure that it will keep you occupied for a very long time, no matter how much you play it.

Its great. But i dislike the update to make it a mandatory wait to earn candies. So instead of me continuously playing the game you now want me to play every 4 hours instead? Doesnt make sense to me.

One of the better clickers I've played, only a couple complaints. The idle money seems to cap very fast, and I wish there were more or faster ways to get candy (premium currency). Besides that it's a great time waster.

This is nothing like Katamari. What's more, Takahashi (the creator of the series) would be appalled at this shameless money grab.

I finally found a game I love, then they updated it making progress nearly impossible without paying. I was fine with it being ad supported, now I'm just very let down. Don't bother.

Not What I Expected I loved the Katamari games, but this just lacks the gorgeous and exciting aesthetics of the original. You can call cousins, roll your katamari, and earn/buy coins and candy to use in leveling up Prince and the cousin "mojos." From the few minutes I played before it got too boring, I saw a cute, simple tapper based on an amazing series. But this app is extremely repetitive. It wears out your fingers if you want to get anywhere and the music is beautiful but gets very repetitive as well. Overall, just kind of disappointing. I don't hate it, but it's not great.

It's fun but the tapping gets tiresome and boring after a while. Take more and more coins to unlock skills ans it takes time to collect more coins.

Game crashes sometimes. After the recent update the game became play to win or spend far too much time on it. Give us back an easier way to get candies.

I was playing for a few minutes thinking "there's got to be some odd trick to this or something I'm missing." I didn't seriously expect it was just going to be tapping. Then I saw the description as "idle tapper." This is a game genre now? Tapping the screen repeatedly? I'm truly at a loss for words. It's about as mindless as sifting through a Facebook feed.

It's a great game but it constantly crashes. I can't watch ads to double up coins or get candies because once it returns to the game, it freezes and you have to manually close the app and restart TWICE just to play again. Plus, you don't even get your coins or candies. Please fix this.

Katamari Damage is one of the few things that actually works as an idle game. The visuals,, sound, and uh, "gameplay" come together to form a nice little timekiller with a lovely soundtrack.

Edit: A problem is getting more and more annoying. I love the music in this game. But if I'm playing and I get any kind of notification, all the sound in the game stops. And the only way to start it again is to restart the game. That's really irritating. And a new problem that has arisen is the ads. I don't mind looking at ads for the boosts but when they make the game freeze I have a problem with it. When an ad is finished playing the game resumes and then immediately freezes. I have to restart the app and watch a second ad for my boost. But anyway, If you've played a Katamari game before then you know what to expect but someone who isn't used to the weirdness may be turned off by this game. But for the infinite clicker aspect it's really fun. The constant upgrades and endless chances for bonuses is really gratifying.

This was my childhood. I played on the Xbox and later forgot about the game. I then stumbled across this and I realised, THIS IS THE GAME. it has a great concept to it, nice story, and great graphics. I highly recommend this addicting game.

Ads freeze the game. Collection button doesn't pop up sometimes.

Keeps freezing every minute or so. I have a nexus 6p, running Android 7.1.2. There is no reason the game should freeze. Please fix this.

The game ia great, but the Arabic translation is horrible beyond belief, for a company like Bandai messing that up, the letters aren't joined and the sentences are reversed. Imagine the sentence: " Tap my katamari" is turned to "iramatak ym paT" pretty embarrassing thats its 2017 and companies as big as bandai can't figue it out.

This game was great then they took away the best way to advance and pushed you into paying for more stuff. I was watching your ads isn't that enough!

You just tap the screen as fast as you can. Good if you need finger exercise. Not worthy of the nobel name Katamari

Finally an app for my fave game series. Would love to have more control and move like the console game, but the goals keep it lively and cousins add another layer of fun. Excellent time waster.

I wish it had more of the original Katamari feel. Still, collecting cousins is my thing.

Overall enjoyable game! Threes just a small bug whenever a notification sound rings and the music stops playing, but other than that it's fantastic!

Scams for "free candy", don't actually pay out for anything over 60 candy. Don't fall for it. If you submit a claim, even with proof, they'll reject it. And it is highly possible that the ads promote malware.

I'm super bummed but I'm deleting this app because it keeps crashing. I'll sit through an ad, then it'll freeze. I loved this game so again, I'm really bummed that I can no longer play it.

Tap My Katamari is a fun and addictive game that helps keep my fingers busy when I'm feeling anxious. 5 stars

Looking for the roll the katamari I used to have on my phone, years ago. This iteration is stupid, just mindless tapping.

Fun time waster but nothing like the original Katamari. Just a creative way to make people watch ads.
