Much like Sudoku, the beloved puzzle game that captured the hearts of people all over the world, Nurikabe challenges you to find the correct solution using logic. The game is played on a grid of cells that represent either rooms or walls. You must use limited information and clues, along with deductive logic, to solve each unique puzzle.
E7 Nurikabe is designed so that even beginners can jump in right away without any worry. While we certainly encourage, and want, new players to play Nurikabe, we also want to challenge those puzzle game experts who are already familiar with the game.Thus, we have also included extremely difficult levels that will test even the most skilled logic puzzle fans!

Rules
After understanding just a few rules, anyone can begin solving various Nurikabe puzzles!
1. Cells that contain numbers must be part of a room and that room must have exactly the same amount of cells as the number.
2. Each room can only have 1 number in it.
3. All walls form a continuous path.
4. Walls cannot form 2 x 2 squares.
Despite having limited clues for each puzzle, there are certain strategies and patterns that allow you to correctly solve each puzzle without any need for blind guessing.

It' really good and no problem encountered on my phone (Note 3). Pretty app, smooth play. 5 stars. It's just that instead of having to pay the additional level individually, I'd rather purchase like one chunk of a level instead of buying one by one. I hope there will be an option to do this in the future. Also an option to turn off the blinking hint. It's a bit obtrusive.

It's a pretty app, and a fun game.. However, it becomes quite frustrating when you've found 15 different solutions but you can't progress to the next level until you find one very specific solution. Infuriating!

Great time waster and seems to have hit just the right balance between leading me through each level vs. hinting at the next move. Currently stuck on master level 14 with no way to skip it - either by asking to be shown the solution "I give up" or by having the next 2 levels unlocked on a successful level solve. Frustrating!

A brilliant puzzle game, which is unfortunately soured slightly by poor instructions, and even more so by the in-app purchases. I'd gladly pay $10+ to unlock the full game, but having to pay for each set of puzzles beyond the first four sets is out of the question for me.

Timed puzzle game is a bad idea. Whole point of puzzle game is to relax and think, not worry about timer.

Update: got a response from the developers, it's been resolved, and I'm real happy with it. :D. Original review follows for historical purposes. I played all the regular levels, and was ready to buy the dlc. Bought 2, never showed them as purchases, restoring didn't work, reinstalling didn't work, tried emailing, support email wasnt even receiving the email.

A great way to waste away time. The included levels are fairly easy once you get the hang of it, but the add on Expert and Master levels are a real brain workout! Only issue I have is that I cannot get out Lvl 30 on Master 4. Is this a glitch? Is there really a solution? I'm going insane!!!

The game is superb, beautifully put together and lovely to play. But as others have reported, there is a very serious bug where the game will crash then refuse to launch, and can only be fixed by erasing data or reinstalling. Which means progress is frequently lost, which is greatly annoying.

The only thing that would make it better is if you could reset the puzzles without uninstalling.

Only wish it wouldn't prompt hints at me so quickly, I'd like to work things out myself rather than being told what the solution is. or at least give me the ability to turn hints off. I can't pause for like 5 seconds without being told MARK HERE, MARK HERE.

Excellent game, but really needs a rules page. Hard to understand the full ruleset with the hints at the beginning.
