I liked this enough to pay attention to development. The dev has added some nice features. Simple UI, without being plain or too simple. I was disappointed with the hint, though. Not so much a hint; it's the next piece placed for you, rather than a hint. That was disappointing, but the game is otherwise pretty solid with the recent update.

Doesn't allow marking cells that can't have lights. Does have hints, though. (I didn't try them because not being able to mark cells was a deal breaker.) I enjoy this type of puzzle, so I'll watch the development for sure.

Read the directions carefully and its a lot of fun (the behaviour of the light having to be directly next to the numbered black tiles wasn't intuitive)

Great time pass. Entertaining puzzle to be solved. Interface and graphics are good. Instruction is give in right way.

Flawed puzzles have multiple solutions. Akari puzzles -- by definition -- MUST have one and only one solution. For example, at the time of this review, puzzle number 13 has TEN solutions. What's the point of that? Sloppy.
