Tunnel Run (Free)

Vertical space scrolling dodge'em and shoot'em up game. You are the Commander of a special hydrogen powered space faring Space Shuttle exploring our Galaxy. On your journey while near the Asteroid belt, you encounter huge rocks with so small distance between each other that the path between them feels like a tunnel. Your task is to safely reach the other end of the tunnel. Watch your fuel tank as fuel is consumed gradually, and be sure to capture up the occasional encountered hydrogen fuel pods to gain more fuel.

Also be careful as the tunnel is littered with smaller asteroids! The asteroids can be eliminated by firing upon, however each time you active your laser it consumes a chunk of your fuel!

If you reach the end of the tunnel you will end up directly in the asteroid belt filled with asteroids! If you also survive this you will reach the next level and the next tunnel with now either an increasing amount of asteroids and/or closer distance between them! Finally each next level is longer than the previous. One unique game feature is that even if your space shuttle explodes, the game will continue by itself in the background towards new levels, although without your interaction, so you can see what you are missing!

Accumulate points to determine you and your crew’s bonus upon returning to Earth. You gain a point for every 100 miles travelled, and you gain 5 points plus 20 tons of fuel when capturing a hydrogen fuel pod, plus you gain 10 points for eliminating an asteroid, however each firing of the laser uses 5 tons of fuel so you should mostly fire only on asteroids that you can't avoid, so for heaven’s sake try not to miss! Not only is the space shuttle damaged when colliding with the tunnel wall or an asteroid, but you also lose some of your hard earned points in the process so do be careful, and when the shuttle’s health status has reached 0%, or in other words damage has reached a 100% you and everybody in it explodes! However don't despair as luckily your skilled crew repair the space shuttle over time, just keep in mind as the level increases and the space ship and your crew gets more worn, it not only takes your crew longer to repair damages but the space shuttle also consumes fuel faster!

You control your space shuttle by using the on screen 8-way joystick touch buttons in the lower right corner. Note that you use a bit more fuel if you move sideways and a lot more if you set your thrusters to full forward, however nothing by turning your thrusters off moving backwards. If you have more than 10 tons of fuel, the laser firing button will be available in the middle - To activate laser double tap twice fast. Good luck Commander...
