About Music Ride
Do you like to listen to music? Do you like to play racing games? If you like even one of these things then this game is for you! Or maybe you would like to play something like 'Audiosurf' on your phone? If so, try the 'Music Ride' for free!
'Music Ride' is a game where you choose your favorite music and the game create shape of the race track based on the rythm and mood of song. Your goal is to collect 'rhythm crystals' - different colors give different score, collecting six crystals of the same color gives additional bonus.
Drive through neon tunnels and city, or light waterfalls. The game has two play modes:
normal - just ride through the music world and enjoy the race
jumpy - jump and tilt your phone to avoid gray crystals
To control the ship you can tilt the phone or slie the finger, in "jumpy mode" press the green button to jump.
The result of your game can be sent to internet leaderboard 'Scoreloop'. The result is cumulative - your last score of the race is added to the currently held points. In addition, the result of the last race and name of song is stored, thanks to this you can for example see on the loaderboard the last song your friends were played and how much points they earned.
Along with game there are provided four songs made by Lukhash - a combination of chiptune music with electronic music.
The game can read only MP3 and OGG files with format 44100kHz stereo
Warning! Song analysis is computationally complex process, so if you have a weaker phone, without ARMv7 processor then you have to be patient.
The algorithm used in the game is sensitive to "noise" if the music contains a lot of different voices heard at the same time it may have trouble finding the rhythm of the song.
This free app is ad supported and may contain ads in the notification tray and/or home screen, but remember that this application cost a lot of work and you get it for free, so respect it.

This is the kind of game you play one time just for experience. But I liked it. Graphic design is "uh", gameplay is simple but repetitive. I like listening to favourite music & do something, but almost in every android game you can turn music off. This game at least does a great job on making music fit well with cool changing effects & surroundings. I recommend you to play at least once.

This is a good app. I quickly suggest that you add a mode where there are spikes you have to dodge and they delete one crystal. You start with 1 crystal and if you have none, you die. You can't jump either

Awesome thanks guys, i have one suggestion if i may.. maybe an on off switch for the tilt. My phones tilt is off and it wont fix so when i play i have to turn my phone all the way to the right and use my thumb to turn. Other than that this app is awesome you can even pick your own songs from your own playlist i definitely recommend

Just another convenient thing... I'm autistic, so I'm very sensitive to light, and my phone hurts my eyes sometimes even at its lowest brightness (mostly at night, when I do most of my book writing, so I'm on my phone very often at night). The game has a dark background, so it doesn't hurt so badly when I play it XD
